Which computer can Linux be installed on? Can they be upgraded with more RAM and storage? (I think that RAM used to be called storage as well as hard drives were. This was before ssd and flash drives.)

No, I advise students as I’m a student myself to save up and get a MacBook Air with M1203 max chip and also The 14 or 16 inch MacBook Pro with M1,2,3 Max or pro chip if you need a laptop as a student to last long, the length of your universe or college,career.

I think laptops Huawei has been making some great strides in the market. Their designs are sleek and modern, and they offer good performance at a competitive price point.
A little bit of a story about Lenovo experience Swiss branch. Ive been thinkpad user for over 10 yrs now. Last thinkpad I ordered was from the Swiss branch pc with addons worth of CHF1k. When I received my new Thinkpad, there was no addons at all. Getting help from their website is just a mess. Took me hours to get to a real person-messenger.
At first they tried to convince me that I ordered a plain laptop, however when I showed the order details and comparison of a anked laptop vs the same one with addons, conversation started moving. I was promised that they will review the case (only they know what there is to review) and get back to me with 5 working days.
Its been 10 calendar days now, no feedback from them, and I still cant use my laptop because I dont know whether I will end up returning it (matter of principle) or they will revert with something constructive.
After such experience I am definitely not going to be their customer ever again. And do not recommend to invest in their products to anyone.

@@josueverificado1464 I bought more than one Acer in my life. There is a reason why they are so cheap. The construction quality is poor. They might pack some nice hardware inside, so it might look like it's convenient on paper. Reality is that you will regret buying it. Avoid.

I understand your frustration. Different countries use different units of measurement, but it's always good to be open-minded and learn about different systems!
You're wrong. All counties use one set of measurements, except for the United States and Liberia. It is the perfect example of American arrogance. Instead of fixing it overnight and continuing with a much better, universal system that everybody understands, you continue with this nonsense and even lecture me how it's one of many equally important systems and I should learn about it. It's like walking on your head and eating with your ass and telling me "this is just another way of doing it, be open-minded and learn about it"!
