As many of you know, recently Tucker Carlson visited Moscow where he was first introduced to the cutting-edge invention of the coin operated shopping cart. But his trip didn't only revolve around technological advancements - it also took a trip down fake-memory lane when Vladimir Putin, who agreed to be interviewed by Carlson, gave him a pseudo historical lecture. In the new episode of Fake News, the show where we combat Russian propaganda, host Valeria Ratnikova looks at how the Kremlin propagandists all but fell in love with Tucker Carlson and how they followed his every step while he was in Moscow

To me it was always Putin that NEEDED a platform to speak to Americans, those Republicans, wishing to back out of supporting Ukraine; explain why Ukraine was just really a Russian Province, and in the end, show his lighter side, more dynamic and well spoken than both American presidential candidates. Putin, you know him much better than I, would NEVER have agreed to an interview(remember the table separating him and France's Macron?) in such a ''familiar, almost friendly" manner, if it wasn't necessary to suit his ends... Fly fishing, healthy living, simpleton nice guy Tucker Carlson was the perfect "straight man"; nothing more and nothing less...
Carlson found himself without a job with credible news outlets so now he’s “alternative news”. Maybe he should get a job as a credit card collector.

Dear Valeria, I am on the side of Ukraine and the west. But generally I would not blame a journalist, because NOT asking questions, we all would have been answered. The enemy is Putin, to be claer. Every intelligent person on that planet understands, if she or he watches the entire interview. It is not helpful to blame a journalist to reach the goal, getting an interview with Putin in these times. All other failed.
The complexitiy of the entire Ukraine - Russian history allows no simple answers to highly complicate challenges.
The US and especially Germanys chancellor Olaf Scholz celebrate German Angst, a brand more famous than a Porsche car, by constantly refusing to deliver LONG RANGE - TAURUS to the Ukrainian Heroes, causes masses of innocent killed people eyery day. The laws of war allow to target threats in Russia to avoid future offences. With TAURUS the war is OVER !!!
Look as Israel, that is juged entirely different. Mass murder of civillians as "defense" ... To be clear: Israel has the right to defend, but NOT in this way. I am NOT critizising Muslims or Jews but the Hamas and the Israel politics.
Imagine the Ukraine had the same military capabilities als Israel (ok, Putin had not even thought abaut invading UA).
But if, and the Ukrainians would have caused 10 to 20x more civil casulties of civillians in Russia as their own losses, what would the world media and politics say ?
If the Kerch Bridge would be finally down and all naval bases in the east of the Black Sea, includung in the Georgian occupied territory, of couse agreed by Georgia, would end that terrible "Military Operation".
To blow out the Silowiki and not the normal Russian people should be the choice. Russia at first after the war, needs an entire new constitution in a conservative western style. Without LGBT. I say this buy not hating gay people, but the entire east region of Europe does not like this. So a constitution, more classic but of course a free one, would amaze the people more and resulted in a majority to establish that.
