In a conference on longivity dahee curd was considered to be second important factor at the same the first factor was digestion so to speak no constipation or perfect motion.
This video giving valuable knowledge about the method how we should take it and what should not be taken with it very important. One may take plain curd no harm.

प्रश्न to Dr Saleem, कड़ी- पकोड़ा (कड़ी एक गर्म किया हुआ जीरे का तड़का लगा हुआ बेसन और दही मिश्रण है) एक भारतीय व्यंजन है और आयुर्वेदिक व्यंजन है तो क्या वो ठीक नहीं है?

1.Dont eat Dahi daily. Take max 2-4 days in a week
2. Don't eat dahi at night. Most preferred time in ayurveda is morning time empty stomach or with breakfast. we may eat curd during lunch also .
3.Dont mix sugar or salt in dahi. it destroys good bacteria in dahi
4. don't mix kheera or boondi. kheera is alkaline & boondi is oily . hence both reacts with probiotic curd & destroy good bacteria present in dahi
5. Dahi should not be heated in any form. Like we prepare gravy for paneer where curd is mixed. This is very harmful for body resulting in indigestion, pimples, acidity. for gravy we may use tomato
