This takes me back. I went mall-hopping in the mid-2000s to complete all of the Marvel build a figures except the Giant-Man since I didn't have Walmarts in my country. The disappointment began when Hasbro took over, and I hated that hot pink Annihilus. I only completed Blob and Annihilus before retiring from collecting ML at the time.
I started collecting toybiz ML waiting for clearance sale; but the BAFs changed the collecting game as there were figures more in demand than others, so we need to get those or you’d have an incomplete BAF. Great times though..
I remember when marvel legends only costed $7.88 at Walmart. I also remember when I passed up the crimson Psylocke at KayBee toys 😢😢

The Sauron Build a Figure, named after Sauron from Lord of the Rings.
The "AoA" timeline is my favorite alternate universe because I love me some villains and it has some great ones! So I was super excited when we got Holocaust and Sugarman as BAFs, but when I went searching for more, I found that there were... only 4?! We didn't even get all 4 Horsemen! No Mikhail, Sinister, and absolutely no Abyss (who could've made a beautiful BAF)! A really crazy BAF would've been awesome of Carol Danvers and Pierce combined into a cybernetic monstrosity! So much lost potential. I really hope that they add more later.
Well, I'm a 29 year Collector. In all that time I completed 2 DC BAFs, and I have completed about 6 Marvel BAFs. I will be going to 7 as I have ordered the complete Ant Man set. I would like the Cho'od, but there are 2 Figures I don't want.
I still have these build a figures in a bin. I prefer some over the new ones. Blob comes to mind.
2:26 It Does look like the comic version. People just didn't read far enough; or they weren't paying attention when they did. This is Final Boss, Final Round Onslaught. The true form you see after you think you killed it and won -- to use a video game analogy. This is far from the worst!! It had beautiful PVC and thorough paint applications.

Don't two BAF have the same action, for example Smart Hulk and UK Armored Thanos having Rescue?
7:00 maybe I'm confused, but... You said there were no variants. When did we get the two other human torches? The packaging is the same, so that may be what is confusing me. But, all flame (orange) torch, and all flame with striations of white.
In my case the very old ones are green goblin ultimate and hobgoblin and sasquach i still have it also i collect some days ago venompool now i looking for infinity ultron or khonshu

Is the Hulkbuster BAF at 17:47 the same as the one at 16:25? Same with there being two BAF for Thanos from Infinity War and other non BAFs?
They are the same. Just rereleases as UK exclusives.
@@zacjacdan Why do some BAF an action shown with them that don't have a piece of the BAF. Like for example, War Machine to Hulk 25:31.

I got gifted that Doctor strange as a kid in like 2005 and still never opened it have it somewhere saved. I had the first spiderman one too but of course as a kid I opened it right away lol.
