2:41 "Ultimate" was Marvel's code-word for 'alternate'. Partly to get comics out there with a more 'Hollywood will probably' style (as in, iconoclastic to discourage the audiences). Check out how a supposed 'Ultimate Iron Man' looks more like an 'Unfinished Iron Man' with about 2/3 of his armor looking uncovered/vuneralbe with all that grey 'underlayer' area. And that 'Alien Insectoid' helmet. And that packaging artwork, depicting this 'Ultimate' armor as everything from an 'ape' to an 'ant' to a 'Joe Rogan Drug Trip'. What a car accident.
All of them looks good in there own ways bro!
