Honestly, as an Italian, I don’t expect everyone to love this song, but I can’t express how proud I am of them. Understanding the song, being able to sing it while actually listening to it is a whole other story, it comes straight to the heart.
The beautiful point of the song is how they describe the end of their love story (mahmood with his guy, Blanco with his girlfriend). The message is that the end of a love story is the same. Love is one, is the same. ❤️🇮🇹👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

We are glad you like 😊. We (italian) don't select for Eurovision, we vote for our best song in Sanremo. If go well in Esc is a plus, but we are proud just now. Sometimes Esc has particular standard (language, stage, no orchestra...) that's no good for all the songs. Hope Brividi is suitable. 😍

Italy always sends high quality songs to Eurovision as... it simply does not care about Eurovision! Sanremo is good (and not exhaustive) selection of the Italian music of the moment, but it is also one of the most important popular events of the year for all the Italians. More than 13 millions viewers for the finale (on a population of 60 millions). I am not sure, but I think that there's nothing comparable in all Europe.

If you liked the rock part, you will LOVE his discography
I'm personally not a huge fan of this (not a big ballad guy, especially if they're sappy) and I definitely prefer Soldi and Zitti e Buoni, but it's definitely a beautiful song that'll do very well. Also I love Adele's Soldi shirt

Shivers or goosebumps?
I'm so proud of being Italian as far as music is concerned, but... I'm not that optimistic about a second victory in a row. I can see it coming... This year Ukraine is going to win, wether the song deserves it or not.
it's a really good song, but I can't shake the feeling that I have already heard parts of the rhythm somewhere else, especially the chorus. But it can totally win.

I really really liked Mahmood's last entry and I like his voice lot and they sound good together. But honestly, this ballad is kind of boring to me.
