NEJE Laser Engraver 20W - Engraving Glass

We test the 20W laser module on the NEJE laser engraver. This module seems to have a bug. I can not focus on 10mm and the lens is very difficult to turn. Furthermore, the module flares above and below the laser beam.
If you have purchased a 7W laser engraver and want to install the 20W module, you will need to buy a new power adapter with 12V - 3A !!!
Wir testen beim NEJE Lasergravierer das 20W Laser Modul. Dieses Modul scheint aber einen Fehler zu haben. Ich kann den Focus nicht auf 10mm stellen und die Linse lässt sich sehr schwer drehen. Weiterhin wirft das Modul Flares oberhalb und unterhalb vom Laserstrahl.
Wenn du ein 7W Lasergravierer gekauft hast und das 20W Modul einbauen möchtest, musst du ein neues Netzteil mit 12V - 3A kaufen!!! - Zábava
Hey, I was wondering roughly what settings you would recommend? I got this 20w laser and wanted to do glass cups, and an acrylic piece later. Any suggestions on power and how many ms? Thank you! Thanks for the videos as well. You encouraged me to get a laser.

Can you try on charms ?
Hi. tried this as you described on 100% power and 100ms on neje master 2 20w, but the glass cracked very early on. is there a type of glass or thickness or something else i need to do? thanks
Unfortunately, it has already happened to me with thin glasses. You have to readjust something or start two or three burning processes without moving the glass.

It´s working with. 1. Cardboard - 2. Wood - 3. Painted metals (the laser can burn away the paint) 4. Leather - 5. Glass - 6. Plastic.
We test again and again and will publish the recordings here. Since I have a small problem with this 20W module (I can not focus it on 10mm) I can not test aluminum unfortunately. If you subscribe to my channel, you can always watch all the videos we make. Thanks ;)

@@pedrocaballero1497 - at 1:26 you can see the settings ;) - but i can tell you. 100% laser power and 100ms burning time.
You have to try out the engravable area because the laser loses its sharpness when it bends from the glass and the pattern or the writing become blurred as a result. Don't forget that the laser always has its full power in the focused area.

- Ja das ist richtig - sieht man teilweise, wenn die Schutzbrille nicht vor das Aufnahmegerät gehalten wird.

Müsste gehen. Stelle die Laserleistung auf 100% und die Brenndauer auf 100ms. Viel Erfolg!

Good morning, my name is Nestor, I have a CNC 3018 Pro with an Arduino compatible controller, the output for the laser I have is 2.5w and it doesn't give me the power needed for cutting. It only has 3 connection cables, [blue, black, red and black, in that order. I want to buy a Neje 20W laser module but its 4-wire connection, could you please help me with this issue? Thank you very much already.

But for the 20W laser module, I can tell you right away that it is not a 20W laser. It is a 5.5W laser. 20W is the power consumption.
Put your green eye protection in front of your camera lens. It will block the blue.

Hi, das Beste ist Lackfarbe. Am besten ein Spray. Schau Dir mal die anderen Videos von mir an. Mit der Lackfarbe habe ich die besten Ergebnisse erzielt.
Ist es auch möglich messingblech zu schwärzen und dann dort auch so was einzulasern?
Ich hatte es mal mit dem 7W Modul probiert und es war nicht möglich. Ich habe es aber noch nicht mit dem 20W probiert. Werde ich alles nachholen.

من الأفضل أن يكون لديك ليزر ليفي لحفر المعادن. إنه أغلى ثمناً ، لكن ليزر الألياف يمكنه في الواقع حفر المعادن.
