Hello. When would you recommend syncing bank and credit card accounts? Is this something that might be best if done at the beginning of the year?
Hi Darla. After you've connected your bank account to QuickBooks, your account syncs every day, so you have all your transactions, and they can be categorized daily if needed. I hope this helps. -Karey
Is there an option to only download credits and not the debits?
Hey there. Currently there is no feature like that as it will pull everything to ensure that it is reconciled properly. However, I can take feedback regarding this program to see if it is possible to only pull the credits. All the best. -Kyle
What if quickbooks don't show your bank on the drop down or search bar?

I need QuickBooks can you sell i will buy
What happens when only a portion of your account is uploaded? I want 2023 transactions on quickbooks and only April through June came through. I've had online banking with this bank for over two years. Is there a way to refresh to attempt to get all of 2023 downloaded?
Hi Brenda. Some banks let you download the last 90 days of transactions. Others can go back as far as 24 months. However, if you need to bring more transactions in, you may be able to manually upload those transactions you're missing. what happens if the bank shows up, but when you try to link the popup window where you should login is blank?
Do you see the same results when trying to connect your bank account in an incognito/private browser?
