I find my Apple Watch keeps me on track and I can see the progress I’ve made each day. I will have to check out the challenges you mentioned. 😊
You're doing great! My twin girls just turned 3 and still won't sleep through the night so I really feel you on that mamma and still trying to take care of yourself. Do you have to have am apple watch? I have a samasung galaxy watch and would love to be in the challenge with you!
