Loan at SC. 2019 i bought another landed house at RM420k. Currently still empty and balance around 400K. Loan at Public bank. * 1st property was rent out but now empty. 2nd was as investment too for short term but retirement for long term. Due to pendemic and JB market downtrend, housing price is dropped below my buying price previously. In this senario, any suggestion that i should refinance or other way that i can save the loan or fee for longer term view?
