LoLz, if anything that Kabuto looks a little sad like "Wait, why do we have to be fossilized?! I was gonna live foreva!" Dude... that head, the eyes, they look legit! Thing looks angry, even in death! Like "Excuse me? What do you mean I'm dying and being turned into a fossile?! I'M TO ANGRY FOR THIS CRAP!!!" You really captured the look of it being embedded in the rock it's fossilized into it! Whole thing looks so real! Can't wait to see it painted! That Omastar still looks so awesome! I'm literally psyched at the thought of seeing it painted! Frag, you got a gift Mark, can't wait to see these painted! AERODACTYL!!!! NOW I'M PSYCHED!!!
Thnx man! The eyes were tough at the start. Actual trilobites had tiny crystals, something i tried doing. Failed to do it so in the end just punched in holes. Maybe ill grab some tiny beads and place them where the holes are.

Unfortunately as someone who posses fossils, I cannot help but to add the colors needed to match the real ones I have at home XD different types of shells and armor were replaced microscopically by different minerals depending on the material surrounding them and what the makeup of their cellular structures were creating a difference in color from the matrix and the animal itself, which is why most fossils u see show a clear difference in color vs the rock. Omastars skin will have flakes of metallic iridescent blue, indicating that the overall organisms skin was of a blue pigment. Kabutops I will be referencing the local trilobite where i live, greenops, to have a lightand dark grey matrix with the trilobite being dark and light browns, to help match the color of kabutops in the cartoon. Sorry got all nerdy there haha. Paleontology is the reason i like the fossil types!
Maybe next year when things at work die down a bit. Right now I'm over worked so fighting for time to make stuff for myself is worth the loss of sleep.
Oh, 100%. Sleep is also something people can do with a piece of mind. I've got way too many plans to sleep these days, and with everything going on this year I have no time for it. 4hrs is good enough XD. Although if bodybuilding was my goal, sleep is more important then ever. With the things I need to do, I'll drag this body across the desert to get the things I want done. It's just how I'm wired lol.
