[4k] Death of Hope Part 1 - Heritage - Showcase and Tribute

- An Unofficial WH CGI fan project
Showcase of Part 1 and to honor artists that much of my work was inspired or influenced from as well as a dedication to oldhammer fans everywhere. This is not a 1:1 to part 1. The experience you will have with this is different from what you saw in the actual release.
Unfortunately, a lot of my work in Part 1 wasn't presented well as my PC was limited in its rendering capabilities. For this, it's a straight forward 4k re render for certain shots so some issues technical may persist.
This upload is by no means perfect, and learned that there are a lot of settings that need to be tuned to get a "smoother" flow. Working a lot of hours right now at my job so time is hard to find... This will have to do.

This is the most accurate art style of the 30k/40k universe I have ever seen. This is exactly how I imagine it.
I think this is how Abnett, Dembski-Bowden, McNeil and all the other mentally twisted black library greats imagine it. It's called grim dark for a reason...
Dude watch astartes..
I love em both!
With Astartes showcasing how brutally efficient Astartes are in combat..
And being a huuge fan of the Heresy, Death of Hope portrays it better..
@@Spacezee110 Astartes is very good, but the art style is too clean. Here it is grimdark & creepy, which is how I imagine the Warhammer universe to be.
@@icecreambrainz8726 Astartes is a lot more Gothic and atmosphere based,
As the video shows, we owe it all to the roots and how it has shaped throughout the ages, and to remind us what we grew up with!
With a smoother computer i'm able to see a lot of things now. Before, working on my PC was like 15FPS and I wouldn't be able to SEE any of the issues unless it was completely rendered. Still a lot to learn but now have a better tool at my disposal! All thanks to the supporters :)
P.S. Aside from the newer shots, I didn't tune the lighting. All I did was get a new rig, that's it. That's how held back I was visually. Not anymore ;)
@@marklouisspark Thx you for you greaties job, You made awesome saturnine pattern, i want it on my table, may be a squad of them, for my army
@MarkLouisSpark you definitely deserve a Hollywood budget and have a full team work under you because this looks incredible. I have read so many warhammer 40k books and my imagination cant even get this close and you drew all this yourself? If they ever make an actual warhammer 40k or 30k movie show them this because they will need you for it. Keep up the mind blowing work because mind blowing isn't even doing this justice.

Beautifully done, artfully executed. Captures the still beating heart of the subject and transfers it to screen. Wish GDUB would "allow" more fan service like this.
hey dude, I've heard that you've gotten so much shit about your animations that you dont really wanna continue. I've shown your animations to all of my Warhammer friends and generally friends to make them understand the setting. You've really portrayed and captured the essence of the grim dark setting, and especially what chaos/Warp is. I've watched your vid at least 4 times by myself haha.
Mark, you dont know me, but you've had a huge impact on me and my friends hobby experience. I applaud your work, I applaud your dedication and I truly want you to know how much I appreciate what you've created. Anyways, have a great day mark. God bless.
Not much, it like 2%
God bless.
The Eldar dude looks like something Giger dreamed up. Thats good, Eldar are more or less disgusting to us and no hot Space Elves.
The mortal servants are a bit stiff, it looks unnatural. This stiffness is good for the warp creatures but not for the servants. (8:20)
Hot space elves and tau, I have hueg issue with. That stems from part of the fandom I will not say too much about here, but waters down the creativity of original artwork and ruins our fantasy settings.
The mocap suit had some extreme magnetic interference and with my shitty PC with 15 fps, these were hard to fix. Smoother animations in the future I hope :) Fuck animating lol
@@marklouisspark certainly an interesting interpretation, although i do like the "they don't look entirely different, but they way they move seems entirely beyond human and grotesque for that reason" that they've gone with, mind you, i also find that i rather love the blending of old and new you've done here
Where has the full movie gone?
@@ev1677 that's what I'm wondering too. Where is it?
@@TheFlame234 I watched it only on a reaction video, the original seems to have been taken down.
Man I cannot even begin to understand the labor that was put into this. You have done an awesome service towards the Warhammer community, showing people like me who haven’t read the older matieral what awesome stuff there was with rogue trader and Horus heresy. Keep up the good work and don’t get discouraged!
The overall lighting and brightness has really improved in this one. You can see things more clearly.
I loved that you added some comments/details/books to give a better background on the work.
The fine attention to details shows the terrific effort Mark has put into this. The guy is an artisan, it is just mind-boggling.
This version wouldn't be possible without you guys over at P :) You will forever be honored in these credits.
Last time i was this early , Horus was having a dinner with the Interex ambassador
Blam
Shame Erebus had to show up..
Oof!
Thank you for this Mark. This composition is an ingenious way of exploring the artistry of the world you have crafted in Death of Hope, and the 4K rendering is perfect.
Not only have you anchored your influences to their origins both old and new but also linked the original artists to the creations. The explanation of the story influences is fascinating and also directly silences some of the criticism you received when Reign of Anarchy was released, for example the mother and child fusion is a direct visualisation of an event in the Black Library novel “Honour The Dead”.
I also really appreciate how this showcases your intricate creations - I saw so many details in the characters and settings that I’d missed in previous watchings when my mind was immersed in your story telling.
I really appreciate you mentioning me in the credits and I’m deeply honoured to have my humble name associated with your masterpiece.
Heritage - the perfect title.
This video is a great idea, so people who get scared by the episode can understand the thinking behind, why the stuff is as it is. Haters gonna hate anyway, but someone who maybe was just taken aback from his/her pre-concept of the 40k settings could open his/her eyes a bit after watching this. Also watching the character standing like a videogame character selection gave me goosebumps, thank you!
I doubt the retards on reddit have the capacity to appreciate the thought behind each scene though
Those people just need to read the fucking books. You could tell they haven't been 40k fans for long, they'd hardly understand anything of what they see 🙄
@Tactical Bacon Reddit has a love boner for the Astartes series and can't compartmentalise the fact that amateur work will provide amateur results and professional experience will provide higher quality results.
So in their 10 IQ they've called Mark's work a walking simulator that doesn't make sense and have nitpicked every single detail because it doesn't live up to Astartes.
This may or may not be true for some people, but it doesn't change the fact that you should be intelligent enough to have different standards for artists with different levels of experience and hardware.
I don't get why they'd be comparing this to astartes anyway, aside from the aforementioned low IQ.
Astartes is a small scale story about one mission by one chapter (about which most of us also knew jack shit, for the people complaining about DoH being convoluted). Death of Hope seemed to be a larger scale story involving at least a few different factions (ultramarines, world eaters in ep1 as example).
So why are people comparing apples to oranges? Especially so beautiful an orange as this?
Someone needs to call off the Ordo Autismus already >:/
@@thewretchedpleb7484 Because its Reddit. They love the drama, and they love to shit on many things.
Mark, please don't cancel this wonderful series. It's absolutely marvelous. Please continue this astounding work and continue to wow us with your unique style.
The name for this series was perfect. It gave me hope, and then took it all away.
Majorkill brought me here, as a newfound 40k fan this is beautiful man.
Lighting and colours sure look better than in part 1 specialy Night lord, in part 1 he looked more black than blue
Well, technically it's supposed to be the dark blue of a night sky lit by distant lightning.
in midnight clad
yes, finally some colors.
I must admit that this video showed me a lot more the depth of your work, details I didn’t notice and I have a newfound appreciation for what you did.
That's why some people loved it more than others, among other things. A lot was hidden to most. I'm happy to share our enjoyment of it all with more people with this video and glad you enjoyed it :)
HONORABLE BATTLE BROTHERS HAVE YOU HEARD THE NEWS:)
what another price increase ?
I'm truly honored to be listed in end credit. This is worthy effort I believe.
I just want to say that this Death of hope series is some of the best depictions of space marines and the immense power the possess that I have ever seen. I get scared just watching the chaos traitors move around the depiction is that good. It makes me feel like if one was to stand before me then I would be but a twig before him. Its GREAT. Its incredible. No other video has been able to do this. Period. Not even the Astartes project. This is a more accurate depiction of the 40K universe and the characters within it than any other I have ever seen and I don't think that there is nearly enough recognition or credit given to that.
In a word it is simply amazing and quite frankly that word is not enough.
Impeccable as always. The saturnine terminator visuals make me want a model version now.
"Thankyou to all who work or have worked for the company we cherish" -
From an old fart that used to paint for GW about 20 years ago.. your welcome! Its great to see what young people have done to carry on the hobby and the universe over time. I love this animation art work - I particularly like your vision of the eldar wraithbone armour! It seems so much more lore appropriate than anything GW have been able to achieve on the models due to scale.
The bulk, brutality and atavistic beauty of astartes armour marks is perfectly captured and rendered. I love it. Lots of animators and also illustrators just can't capture it. Some of the best are Kopinski, Smith and Dainton Marines.
so much detail. Such adherence to the older models from even 30 years back! it's breathtaking. I'm astonished it only took you a year plus. It feels like a decade's work.
The attention to detail is utterly insane. This is how I picture a Space Marine when reading one of the 30K books. Nothing beats the good old MK II / III armour.
Man. I only wish that Alan Bligh could have witnessed this masterpiece. Imagine him being able see his vision realized. Passed way too soon.
Nakal of the Word Bearers approves.
Honestly the effort and detail put into this project is just unbelievable. Thank you Mark for all your hard work. I love that you’ve put your own stamp on grimdark. And dude those World Eaters are friggin awesome. Peace ✌🏻
Ah. I know passion when I see it.
I was only ever peripherally aware of Warhammer, but loved me some of that Event Horizon. Then someone told me that was a pretty good representation of warp-space in 40k.
Played the DoW game, it was fun, but didn't exactly ooze grimdark. That meme that describes 40k warp travel? You know the one. I didn't see any representation of that in the games.
Started watching Arch videos, and got the feeling that the grim stuff was not in the future at all, but the past. Like a part of the story GW would rather forget about.
Astartes was awesome. Fast-paced, dense and effective. A good one-two punch. Definitely want more of that.
Your stuff, though... That's something else. All atmosphere and autistic attention to detail. Grim. Dark.
Something I'd like to bathe in.
It's what I thought I would find in Warhammer, but couldn't see anywhere. So thank you for the sources, and thank you for showing me what you like. I like it too.
Mark dont give up on us! We love your work! We want more Death of Hope!!!
I think this video really showcased some of the components a less than full blown lore fan would recognize. Even in the CZcams breakdowns of the video, some of the imagery is missed. This is a really helpful creation. I see so much more of the intended meaning now. What a great look at the darkness of the warp and 30K. I love the Galvorbak! The image brings the changeover of the Space Marines in The First Heretic to life. I can't imagine what the loyalists thought when they fought them at Istavaan V
Even for a veteran fan not all things are noticed and I dont blame anyone for missing anything at all :) But yes you are right, a video like this is important to show some people why this means a lot to us fans, and not just another video. This represents the deepest parts of our fandom
Mark, as a person who has passion in art, as I tend to write more than I can animate or visually conceptualize a world you can build. You'll always have that moment, to say it's not worth it, or good enough...but, that's the price for having talent and having so many people talk shit. They can't be you, who can do it, believe me! I don't like ego, or having vanity yet objectively look at what you made and compare that as passion alone, for not being paid or being considered work, it's your project: No one can say they did it, but you. I'll stress that canceling Death of Hope is a bad decision, now more than ever we need people, fans or passionate souls who can bring back what Warhammer 40,000 is supposed to be...A Grim Dark Universe, that offers only absolution for those who hold true to endure horrors no man believe is real, yet are so closer to us than we realize.
I implore you, ignore the 'negativity', get a laugh out of it if someone complains so badly? It means they're angered, because they can't do what you can. I can't even pull this off, since writing is limited yet I'm able to do things few keep grilling myself over. I do it for fun, not for professional funding or whatever, because this is the joy of being an artist. Whether Art is writing, reading, animation or drawing, it provides showcases of raw talent, it doesn't take a genius to realize this isn't something we're going to see again. And if GW is actively trying to suppress you, then I say...to hell with them, simply laugh at them and those in these comments below: "You can't censor, or stop me, because I can do this when you can't even decide if you're insane to believe Warhammer 40,000 is a safe place for your feelings."
Either way, it's your decision and I hope you don't cancel or be demoralized. You did a great thing, it's a privilege to view artists who can bring life what many can't imagine. Nonetheless, I hope you're doing well and, as always, it's been a pleasure watching Death of Hope. May your soul decide upon an answer, if your own mind cannot be conclusive.
It's not sunshine and rainbows over here. Everyones dealing with the current state of the world differently then they normally would. I'm working 8am to 3am most days sometimes 10am to 1am, for the past month, 6 days a week. Prior to that, death of hope ruined a lot of bridges in my life and back then I didn't care because I was using passion. That passion eroded over time with people talking shit. I was not meant for the world wide web. As someone who's stupid love language is words of affirmation, it was already a challenge facing all this before. Now? with what ZERO reserve I have for myself and my own relationship of 9 years, it is really not worth it at all. I'm delaying my marriage for this dam thing. Told my partner of the plans already, she's excited to get back to life in a normal way sooner. < and I want that more then create stuff for ungrateful dicks @ the end of it all.
In the end, this is for my own personal health. I'm doing part 2 with three 2 minute shorts before it, but after that? i'm finished.
@@marklouisspark That's your choice, but the world was NEVER sun-shine and rainbows. I'm not going to convince you, or try too, I'm only going to say you do have talent. Don't forget it, do what you can to balance passions, life and find some peace Mark. World-Wide Web is literally a place of egos, doesn't change the fact it just reflects us all.
Thanks for answering Mark, I can only hope you find that answer. Everyone has their priorities, that's a fact of life and I am not saying it as sarcasm. We are who we are, so until then, I earnestly appreciate your efforts and work. I know it's not something I'll see ever in my time, God Bless and stay strong.
Like with most of Mark's work, I realize my jaw has involuntarily dropped towards the end of the video.
This really does feel like a crime against humanity to not have a complete version of all this work
Truly a work of art and dedication
The amount of deatils and love put in all these models is commendable
i love how you made tese guys breath like they have the lungs of a rhino, makes them feel so much freakin bigger!
You have literally brought SOME of my imagined moments of 40k. To life.
Mark, you can be my GW wingman anytime! This is so incredible. I grew up on all that grimdark artwork as well, and seeing it brought to life is amazing. So much attention to detail, I would love to know what Jes Goodwin thinks of this, seeing all their old work being brought to life. People should just really enjoy this for what it is....
I cannot comprehend the amount of work that went into this... We need more people like you. Love being able to examine the absolutely beautiful models in more detail.
Lets just say that if people knew, they would never trade places with me, not for a single second.
Amazing as always and now we can see better every detail that you put in every scene is simply beyond amazing - but the idea of showing us models like if you are chooshing a character in a game plus influence is simply brillant we can be even more amazed -
Extreme respect for your extreme attention to detail.
honestly just insanely impressed by the whole thing, the attention to detail across the board is off the charts, really excellent work.
Wonderful. This is how I have wanted to imagine Warhammer 40k/30k but didnt know it, until now. Dark and really grim, as it should be. Making this showcase was en excellent idea and I will never not be amazed at the attention to detail put in to this masterpiece.
So many of these take me back. I only read now but I remember many of those miniatures. Thank you.
I freaking love this! Now Chelsea and I have names of books to read to learn more about the lore, which she was dying to have.
Thank you for reminding me how great the setting once was. I'm not following all things 40k anymore, it is a dissapointment these days. But as a long time Inquisition and Grey Knights player, this is exactly the ArchEnemy I've always imagined. You are the true Games Workshop successor
, not the marketing guys operating it now.
The only thing I find slightly off is that the inside of those huge holes in the space marines just look like they are one solid piece of metal, no flesh.
Otherwise amazing 10/10 please make more
space->ice
I like to think the lascannon that did that was immensely hot that it melted then solidified in space
It bothered me too when I saw it XD It was actually well hidden due to the lighting from the older PC in part 1. The updated Unreal and the new Rig actually made the lighting better and it reached areas that I didn't work in. Totally get it :)
Plastic miniatures are plastic throughout.
@@---ii8hl this is a reasonable explanation I think. Like the metal flash froze in the freezing vacuum of space.
High Definition warp fuckery! Nothing brings joy to my heart like HD Heresy!

Only 78k subscribers? You must have 1 000 000, this is most realistic warp as i ever seen, totally unnatural for comprehension, beyons any structure of time and space, botomless pit of otherness, awesome work man, models of chaos space marines also super high quality, movie with this graphic will be 10/10
Dude that was mega!! It really does continue to completely blow my mind!! It's amazing, from the Gal vorbrak to crazy flesh hound the attention to detail!! Wow!! Hope you're well mate !!! Peaceout
The Word Bearers fighting pit music is brutal! So fitting! All round masterpiece Mark in every aspect, I was born 1990 and hooked by '96, so was looking at the great 90's artwork growing up, now I have a soft spot for the rogue trader era too, I just painted a very tiny chaplain who has a prime spot in the cabinet. The way in which a sci-fi universe has grown and been shaped by decades of input from hundreds of talented people like yourself and the familiar big names noted in the video is unparalleled anywhere else. It's something special, and something that should be preserved and guarded by the righteous! The Astartes!
Amazing work, honestly mindblowing. Pretty sure you single handedly brought about all the new hype for saturnine terminators!
Again my sincere compliments. It was such a pleasure for me seeing a slow-motion, even better stills of the armour designs. As an aspiring 3d artist and long long time Warhammer fan and miniature painter who know and have personly seen all the reference you show it was truly a pleasure and inspiration watching this video. My compliments. Wish I could someday do a fraction of the cg modelling I saw here.
The fandom is lucky to have people like you putting in such work!
Bless you!
Death of Hope was what got me into reading, building and playing 30k. These videos will always be special.
Loved seeing your influences, and getting to see even more of the ridiculous level of detail you poured into every inch of this. Really looking forwards to seeing more from you when it's ready, and I'm glad I could help contribute in some small way to making it easier for you to do this awesome work.
This animation is still freaking awesome! Mark is so talented.
Love the respect paid to Rogue Trader days art and models. Fantastic stuff! I really appreciate the hard work and sacrifice that had to of been put into creating this.
So freaking cool, not only do we get to see what you used as inspiration but we also get to see the models/characters in clear view now. Seriously amazing.
honestly bro, i hope you can continue this entire project! Awesome details on the space marines and CSMs!
By far the best fan made 40k .... showing everything in 40/30k and never toned down . GW should just pay you to do more of this and never interfere!
This is such a great loveletter to all that grimdark warhammer that made us all fall in love forever with this world.
Insane the amount of work all the details...keep going with this amazing work
Absolutely incredible work - seeing these older models spring to life and the attention to details is just amazing. Thanks Mark!
Still have my 'exo armour' terminator marine I got back in the day - such a thrill to see it animated. Was that really 32 years ago? Must be time for a rejuv treatment soon..
The biggest reactions are from the oldhammer fans :) Altho I make this for the fandom, I made this with the oldhammers as my goal. Glad you enjoyed it!
I did enjoy it, I loved it! To see things that have lived in your imagination for years & years just strolling by on screen was very powerful, moving even. Thank you Mark for this astonishing piece of work.
32 years ago? Dude i am 26 and you're making me feel like a child wtf
@@marklouisspark thing is.
Literally anyone that likes Warhammer will like this, nobody that has heard of shit like the demonculaba would ever think this is too grimdark.
I think people are so against you because you specifically stated your target audience, if you didn't then nobody would've said anything about it being too grimdark, this is average grimdark for Warhammer
@@PeachDragon_ Well, not surprising - I am old enough to be your dad. I always liked the phrase from GoT "Nothing will *=@$ you as hard as time."
If its any consolation though, life is much richer & interesting in my 40's than it was in my twenties or teens - even though I'm no longer young & beautiful ;)
@Mark Louis Spark I feel like you are one of the few, if not only, creators outside of GW that understand how brutal 40k is and how it should be depicted if this Universe were brought to life. Thank you for delving so deep into the lore and not explaining, or making it painfully obvious as to what is going on. I really appreciate the "wonder whats the deal with that marine or character in the background". This and many other details are what make a film great! Please keep up the awesome work!
That is the thing. I know how it's supposed to look or come close to looking due to me growing up with it and it directly influencing my artwork from child to adult.
To know what something looks like and build it in CGI requires a fan that knows it all. I don't trust the world to depict it for us, because the hands that make things these days only ride hype trains or are paid to do it but never knew about warhammer till someone knocked on their door.
This will be a memory for us in the times ahead :) But most importantly a tribute and honor to those that created i for us, lest they be forgotten decades from now.
Excellent, Mark, outstanding work and really interesting to see from where your ideas stemmed. Your aesthetic is sublime.
Some truly breathtaking detail, Mark! The background is great and seeing the enhanced renders is a treat! I'm keenly awaiting part 2!
Your style is exactly how i imagined the universe to look like
Continues to be just amazing. Well done, again, Mark. And thanks!
Beautiful work and gorgeous environments. Love you your attention to detail mate.
This is fantastic stuff. My phone was spazzing out from the level of detail so I had to watch on my tablet. I can tell that so much work has gone in to this. I've probably rewatched DoH part 1 like 8-9 times because I really like this dark aesthetic and my favorite depiction of this universe.
Absolutely amazing animations. I can't believe I have not seen your work before. 10/10. I would not change a thing. You nailed it! Thank you
The depth of detailing on those suits is Armour is incredible, but the level detail you've gone to in the rest of the scenery is no less intense. The more I watch the more incredible it becomes.
Well done sir, I can't thank you enough for having the imagination and patience to create this.
That was amazing, so much talent! Thank you for bringing this to life, this really mirrored how I envisage the WH grim dark universe - less shiny and well ... grim dark! Top Job.
Youve got a fan for life. I hope you go far and continue with your amazing talent . and please keep making these
Man dont go , hell with opinions, you are a very talented and you will go far . churchhill said it best if your making people mad then you must be doing something right . I believe in your work! Keep going. With love a fan whos rooting for you
Goodness I love this whole thing. You did an amazing job man and I hope you continue to do more. This animation style is brutal and amazing. Really captures the grim dark. I love that you stay true to enough to keep it in the lord, but also tell your own bits. I need more. I feel like I just found a new song and I need to listen to it until I know all the lyrics. Keep up the good work man.
@Mark Louis Spark as a person who is over 50yrs old and been gaming &working in the industry for over 40yrs I can say that I also know personally some of the designers you mention in your clips, just carry on what your doing. its amazing to see your work and I speak for many people who game in both the 30k & 40k universe. You sir are an inspiration to us all. its just what we expected to Horus Heresy to be like, a true visionary
Absolutely amazing - you have captured in your animation the spirit of chaos as perfectly as as dembski-bowden writes his chaos characters. The individuality of the marines and their armor, the detail, the movement - I'm blown away. I keep re-watching and notice little new details each time. Please keep up this amazing work man ! I know GM won't let you get paid for it but I would just like to give you 100 % respect and gratitude for producing this. Amazing !!! Whoever disliked this doesn't understand the 'grim' in grimdark. Brilliant man, Thank you !!!
I LOVE the detail, Mark. Keep up the work and make us proud!
For the Emperor/Horus! Please accept my gratitude for this phenomenal effort. The talent and vision, albeit inspired is exceptional - the detail, in particular is wonderful! I've been enjoying 40K lore for the best part of 30 years and it's delightful watching some of the old models I used to see in my local GW come to life. I think my favorite on show here is the Exo armour. I always wondered how an operator (marine or reactor cleaner) would move in such a restrictive and bulky suit. Now I know and it's pretty damn fearsome! I hope you're encouraged to continue this labour of love. Best of luck Mark!
Truly mindblowing. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!! This is absolutely amazing.
Never seen such an attention to visual details in 40k video before
I'm looking forward to seeing more. Keep up the good work!
Years late to the party, I know, but thank you for all the work you did because it's amazing
You inspired me to start reading the Horus Heresy novels, currently reading Fulgrim and excited to get to the novels that are depicted in the Death of Hope. Keep up the great work and thanks for this marvelous content.
Need to see more!!! 😭 I can’t wait for part 2. Like I literally can’t wait, it’s all I think about. Love you mark ♥️
who hated on this?????
This is fucking brilliant.
Why would ANYONE have an issue with this??
I dont understand.
I can really appreciate the work. This is how I would imagine chaos ships or a chaos planet.
Great work can't wait to see more.
Truly stunning. The way you managed to incorporate the old models and current so well was beautiful. This is truly great work and GW should hire you.
I love it. Wonderful job. I've watched several times and it always delivers horrifying vibes. I feel like this very much captures the spirit of the grimdark.
Your work is beautiful. Thank you for uploading your 40k videos. I hope we could see more of it someday in the future.
i am at a loss for words. this, and the main episode (plus trailers of course) are the greatest fan-made creation i’ve ever seen. this video goes even further in depth and shows how much you love this. as a huge HH/30k fan the painstaking detail that is displayed is incredible. (also a massive fan of world eaters so that’s a nice bonus!) i only have one timy gripe and that’s that bolter rounds shouldn’t leave such clean holes. the dead bois floating in space look like they kinda got hole-punched (although the armor damage detail is fantastic!). bolters should leave a decent-sized entry hole, but the mass-reactive explosives should be leaving ragged, gaping wounds, armor blown out their backs, etc. that is my single point of barely-criticism, i think seeing another episode would make me happy beyond words. please continue creating content, i will be eagerly awaiting!
p.s. i shared this video to my friends that are also into warhammer
p.p.s. not to be that guy to flex donating but as soon as my next paycheck hits i’m visiting your patreon. you deserve massive amounts of support for this, and the fact that you’re doing this project solo makes it even more incredible. thank you for reading this if you got all the way down, and thank you for creating this absolute masterpiece!
I could Watch this all day. I cant wait for the next part. Thank you for what you do this is amazing
No matter how many times i see the models of rooms and characters, they are breakingly doing justice to the setting. Great job.
Cant wait for the next chapter, you're keep doing great work.
