I upgraded my 12 pro max to the 15 pro and I don’t regret it at all, I love the small form factor and easier to hold. The most on screen time I’ve gotten was 10 hours so the battery for me is great and will probably be my last iPhone upgrade since I can just replace the battery over time

I don't know how useful the sleep tracking features are going to be when the battery life is only 18 hours.....

I think the A17 chip could work for apple intelligence if they bump up the RAM on the SOC. not sure how doable that is though.

I'm one of the [currently] lucky ones that's upgrading from a much older iPhone (8 Plus), so I'm not stuck with the difficult decision of upgrading from say a 13 Pro. The 16 Pro is a no-brainer for someone like me, although the 15 Pro will be a tad cheaper and nearly identical.
I'm 100% getting the Natural Titanium 2TB model just trying to work out if I'll get the Pro or the Pro Max

There was a rumor for a long time that the 16 Pro would get a slightly larger main sensor. I switched back from the 15 Pro to the 14 Pro because it takes much more detailed and sharper pictures in 48 MP ProRAW than the 15 Pro in 48 MP ProRAW, for whatever reason. Without a much better main camera, I'm sticking with the 14 Pro after my mispurchase of the 15 Pro.

Apple should make a gaming console and have a built in apple TV with homepod features and connectivity with other apple devices.
I think the problem with AirPods Max is that people expect new generation aka AirPods Max 2, but my guess is Apple will just silently add them to the Apple Store as AirPods Max (not 2) just with different connector.
Im hoping the new air pods fit like the OG AirPod 2nd generation. The 3's didn't fit my ear right at all and did not like them at all even tho they sounded good. The fit of the gen 2 AirPods was the best for me.
I've been rocking an iPhone 13 mini since they came out, I'm really happy with it as a starter iPhone. Now I'm considering my next one to be a Pro Max. Haven't committed to when I'll do, this, but that's my plan so far. :)
I’d go for the regular pro if I were you. I wouldn’t get such a big phone so fast. Ease yourself into it.

I thought they had tried going bigger with phones before but didn’t sell a lot because of the inconvenience? Could be wrong on that. But that said, I was waiting for Apple Watch x. Looks like I won’t be able to get Apple Watches anymore due to the size. The 45mm looks ridiculous on my wrist. The 41mm just fits the width of my wrist. I don’t understand why they’re upsizing everything. The only way I could go with a 45mm is if the case size stayed the same as the 41 & only the screen size increased.

I got a pair of AirPods Max in June. I said screw it I just wanted the noise cancellation for long flights. I have the newest gen AirPods Pro but the in ear design gets uncomfortable after several hours of continuous use IMO.
I got a usbc/lightning adapter and it came with a rubber lanyard that keeps it on my UsBC cable so it’s as if the Max are USBc because the dongle is always with my cord. Usbc is really the only thing I think they would change.
Unless we get true lossless audio I’m definitely not upgrading

I noticed when I bought an official iPhone case for my 14 Pro Max that the case doesn't even have a bottom lip. There's zero case lip on the bottom. It's so people can swipe up from the bottom.
Here’s something to ponder…. Why does it matter if the iPhone is titanium or aluminum, or what color the phone is when the majority of people use a case. 😢😢😅😅

I would bet on the iPad Mini getting an A18 chip. Not an A17 Pro because it sounds like they want to stop production of the N3B node chip asap
That capture button will be a nice feature I think. It will free up the Action Button for other tasks since I have had it set to open the camera.
You can set the action button to do different things depending on the orientation of the device. If my phone is face down on it puts it in silent mode. If it’s face up it puts it in “loud mode” if it’s vertical as if it’s to your ear it turns on the flashlight. If it’s horizontal with the bottom to the left it opens camera but if the bottom is to the right it opens video camera.
Takes a bit to get used to it but it’s kinda cool.
@@BaxterretxaB Yeah I have played with shortcuts that do that and also location based shortcuts and also shortcuts that are linked to your focus mode. It’s pretty cool but not as smooth as using a default shortcut since you have the extra animation and delay. I like what Apple has done with the action button on the AWU in the latest developer beta. Now you can tap the button to activate your chosen action (as it always was) or hold the button to bring up a list of actions to quickly change the function of the action button. Pretty cool.

I just got my new iPad Pro 13". Beautiful machine but a bit heavy...(upgraded from an iPad Pro 11" first generation) I was interested in upgrading to the new iWatch this year but I really do not like the idea of magnetically attached watch straps...give me the security of a physically attached strap. Also, the current size choices were fine...the iWatch does not need to be bigger.
I have an iPhone X and an iPhone 14 Pro. I prefer the size and weight of the iPhone X. Apple seems to be making their iPhone so big that they are becoming a bit clunky in size. What happened to progress being making things smaller, lighter, and more capable? We only seem to be getting the last quality. (Nevertheless, of course I still love Apple products!) Phones are getting too big! I currently have the 12 mini, but this year I’m looking to upgrade to the new pro model. If it actually is bigger than the 15 pro, I am NOT looking forward to that.
Why don't they jus make the lithium ion battery able to disconnect at the bottom, that way when one runs out you just pop another one on and could make it seamless so there is no visual difference

I don’t think that they would announce a new HomePod during the iPhone event because I don’t think they want anything that would take the spotlight. It may come out through a press release, perhaps in March? I hope that we get a lot of new products though.

Debating if there’s really a need to buy a new phone , my 14 pro max 512 Gb still works fine , and I have the main camera set to take 48 mp shots , and it takes decent happy snaps. I am looking forward to IOS 18 though 😊.
Honestly I might wait to see the Vision Pro Air come out before upgrading anything else. That might change if the AI features really impress me.

@denniss1211 it really depends on what you care about. If camera is not that important to you and you’re ok with the standard camera that 16 provides then probably just go for that but the 15 Pro is a good phone with good battery and camera etc. and I’ve enjoy my use of it a lot (although it’s pro max version so I’m not sure if 15 Pro is as good camera and battery wise. Can’t comment)
