    Thank you so much for another great video Ashley ! Yes, getting a good night’s sleep with constant lower back pain is a distant memory and even a luxury for sufferers. I often get woken with back pain in the middle of the night because of not moving about so much, then have to get up, move about, then go back to bed to try and get a few more hours. These exercises and information will definitely help with all this, so many, many thanks for your understanding and great advice. Richard

      @@PrecisionWellbeing maybe something regarding feet/knees - When I walk or stand my knees are caving a bit and my feet are leaning in, unless I actively engage them and turn them out. So maybe some exercises for feet or what ever would help with that (I don’t know the right medical term). I wore corrective soles in my shoes since young age but never really helped, it only hurt my feet so much haha

    I don't have pain but stiffness in my hips / lower back upon waking. I lie on my back and my side. I don't use any supporting pillows for my knees either. I have lordosis.

      Maybe give the pillow variations a try and see if that helps. It will put less pressure in your lordosis. You could also try the stretching routine before bed and when you wake up in the mornings. I hope this helps. Best wishes, Ashley

    Chiropractors also look at the body as a whole it’s important to address the nhs only push physiotherapists and osteopaths
    Such as physiotherapists to do rehabilitation and osteopaths to massage etc
    Even though chiropractors can do it all and are the highest level of holistic care physicians as they can order ,take,interpret xrays when they get licensed they focus on the muscular skeletal as a whole also

    What is your opinion about a hard sleeping pad? Or even about the floor itself for lower back pain

      Personally from my own experience these are too hard for me so would also cause some back discomfort. You should try different options and see what works best for you. But ultimately you also need to work on your flexibility and/or strength to fully make a difference. I hope that helps. Best wishes, Ashley
