Hi Ashley, How are you? I NEED YOUR HELP. I'm a 18 years old basketball player from argentina who has been dealing with shin splits or tibialis bone pain for 2 years. I have gone to every single doctor here and no one can tell me how to cure this. The pain is not above 7/10 because I can workout with the team or just go to the gym for a shooting sesion without any pain that make me sit out of the court. But this pain is increasing know, I can't make a layup or run a sprint without feeling an annoying pain in my tibialis. I repeat I NEED YOU TO HELP ME PLEASE, I just wanna play basketball free out of pain. What can I do?
My routine for prevention of eczema.. It is really effective and I expect this will help others who facing the same condition:- Do's : 1)Always wear 💯 cotton clothes. 2)Wash clothes by using babies detergent. 3)Always Stay hydrated. 4)Eat Healthy Foods. especially (banana,anjeer, olive, orange, gooseberry, cucumber and other vegetables and dryfruits really helped me to cure eczema) "HEALTHY FOOD IS THE BEST MEDICINE FOR CURING ECZEMA" 5) Always stay in cool places.(not in severe cold) 6) Do some meditation or exercise everyday. 7) Must Sleep 6-8 hours everyday. 8) Keep stomach clean,atleast once in month. Don't ❌ 1) Must avoid drugs,junk foods and soft drinks. 2) Completely avoid 'Diary products'.(milk triggers itchiness all over the body). 3)Stay away from excess sunlight. 4) Avoid tight and artificial material clothes. 5) Avoid perfumes. 6) Don't stress too much😬. Also,For me foods like pineapple, peanut butter and some other foods really irritating my body whenever I comsume it. (MINDSET CAN CURE THIS CONDITION PERMANENTLY). Additionally,There is an injection called dupixent or dupilamab,this is very expensive.But it can cure 95% of eczema. I hope this will help for the needful. I'm giving these notes from my own experience and experiments. STAY POSITIVE ❤
Great job explaining and the amount of detail shown in your video dude! I have a nagging pain in my right shoulder that I keep pushing through during my workout but I have given it some rest and doesn't seem to go away and I just don't want to stop working out. I did notice that I failed the scratch test. I can go above my waist, so that suggests that I have tight front shoulder pain. Now that I think about it, I think this was caused when I was doing front shoulder raises with a 45 lb plate. I'm definitely going to try this out, thanks again for the info!
Chiropractor...rack em and crack em. I go to a Craniosacral therapist. Last time i saw her was 5 years ago.

What about conditions like I have- Tore much of my posterior chain in back in 1990. Did nothing until 2014 when I began rolling on a LaCrosse ball for about one hour per day. In 10 years I've made progress, but still ache in certain positions, and have adhesions which just won't break up. Are there special therapies for situations like this? I'm running out of time. I'm almost 70, and would like my life to begin again.

Your video is one of the best I've ever seen, your awesome. I've been dealing with pain In my left shoulder and it's stopped me playing my much loved violin. I had a massage yesterday for an hour and she said that there wasn't much that I can do. I'm going to do these excercises religiously to see how it goes. Thanks for the video. I’m wondering am I plantar fasciitis? I have bad pain for both front of feet bottom and heels after a walk longer than 30 mins. I sometimes get blisters if I go on hiking. It’s severe pain. I also get similar pain after standing for a long time even at home just so cooking. Thank you!

I’m glad I’ve seen this now as I was thinking of swimming today with acute lower back pain, phase 1 as you put it… wondering what machines would be good to use in the gym for someone like me… ? I’ve always been active but I can’t even move smoothly nowadays due to severe pain and it makes me feel miserable 😭

Thank you much for this video! I was finally able to figure out that I've got issues with my piriformis and this is causing my intense sciatic pain. You're the first person ive come across who was able to give ACCURATE information with regards to diagnosis first. Ive wasted some much energy search and wondering if i had a prolapse or disk bulge, but using your technique was quickly able to tell that non of the spinal tests gave me a problem, however the spasmed piriformis was so painful when pressed. I all makes total sense now because for years, my left side gave problems and a few weeks agi i sleept with a pilow between my legs to ease the discomfort.... next morning the spasm jumo from left to right side and really impinged the sciatic. I freaked.... so bloody painful. Kept think my vertebrae were shot. Now i know it most probably some sirt of piriformis syndrome. The soft stretches along with plenty of aerobic exercises has just iver the last few days really made a difference. I cannot thank you enough...
I have got a foot injury 2 days ago andI have constant pain and Inflammation I use Cold packs initially but it doesn’t help alot do you think it’s not acute and using a hot pack is better here?
This happens on my left side all the time and i happen to pull muscles in my left lower back way too often are these likely related ?

Is it harmful to just exercise through the pain? For example, continuing to bike/mountain bike while going through the various stages of frozen shoulder.
Currently suffering really bad, I’m a bit like you I’ve always had eczema, when I was a teen it was the creases of my arms and behind my knees too, im now 23 and it’s spread across my whole body especially my chest, torso, shoulders, neck and back. Trying to figure out what my triggers are but how do I do this?

I went to an orthopedic surgeon at a big machine place. He said l have a L5 S1 degenerated disc and 2 other bulging disc. They gave me a cortisone injection in my L5 S1 joint and 11 days later it is not better at all . I have tingling and numbness in both feet left more than right. Pain is mainly there. I have started walking about a mile 5 days a week slowly and stretching. I have a physical therapy appointment scheduled for July 1st. The neurosurgeon said he did not see any nerve impingement so he would not suggest operating yet. They did the cortisone injection in the L5 S1 to see if that is where the pain was coming from. I started to feel relief but not anymore. I also am just coming off oxycodone. The pain is a little worse. I have a virtual appointment with the neurosurgeon on July 21st. I am getting worse and am not sure if the physical therapist will solve this. I am really scared and don't know what to do. BTW l am 60
Thanks for the information. I have had right shoulder pain for over 2 months. BUT ONLY AT NIGHT. I am a retired RN. I am not a patient person BUT I'm doing my best to obtain more patience. Getting rid of pain will do that to a person. I have been active in many sports my whole life. I have NEVER had a physical body situation that hasn't resolved itself in a few weeks before. This Right shoulder problem has gone on TOO long. I have a PT, who I trust, who has given me extensive strengthening/stretching exercises. Plus needling. I am 76 years old and I take NO medications. All labs are fantastic. My shoulder is simply TIGHT. I believe. I like the roller exercise. I'm going to try it. Plus the Square shoulder exercise. It feels GREAT doing that strengthening exercise. I've completed the Statue of Liberty stretching/strengthening exercises offered by my PT. I've just tried the tennis ball routine. Wow! Does that feel great. I seems to smash the soreness! I moved the 'ball' around the joint and forward too. Whew! Nice. Thanks I believe I MUST do this 'tennis ball' routine before I sleep and also the square shoulder exercise too. I do NOT consciously sleep on my right side. But my throbbing pain in my right arm is intermittent. Some nights NO pain while I sleep. Maybe 3 out of 7 night. I am keeping a journal, now, of my exercises and my sleeping schedule. WHAT A HASSLE. Thanks again for the great information!
