As a viewer and someone who also suffers from back acne, I'd suggest a salicylic acid body wash. If you can't find a specific body wash just use a face wash with salicylic acid in it (Garnier). The body shop tea tree body wash is also good followed by the toner (spray it all over your body and face).
I recognized the bottle for the body wash she was using. It's a salicylic acid wash from Pastry skincare. It's a local (South African) brand.

Nice video! I can’t not say that digestion is the heaviest task our body does, taking up 75% of all of our energy while it’s happening. You may find you can do a LOT more in the gym if you eat something small and dense with energy pre game then have the big meal afterwards. Just a thought! 😁
For clearing acne try cutting dairy, gluten and sugar (worked for me) 3-5 weeks, then reintroduce one by one and see. Some probiotics could help too.
I also love my egg sandwich but have to do it almond flour. I do some greek yogurt and kefir sometimes and I'm good.

I am trying to decide which program I should purchase. I am more advanced when it comes to working out and have built muscle mass over the years. however, due to some bad dietary habits I haved gained an excess of fat that I am trying to loose. the last time I lost weight I was too....lean and my curves disappeared. this time I want to make sure I retain my curves and build my booty! I tend to do intense HIT training 4-5x a week ... and maybe I do too much cardio? but I have always tied weight loss to cardio so its hard for me to cut back. but will do what I need to do to get the results I want

Thank you for sharing your routine with us! Question - how many grams of protein per day is ideal for weight gain?
For weight gain it's best to think about the overal calorie surplus - eat more than you burn - its reccomended to eat 0.8 - 1,5 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. I weight 68 kilos so i'd eat around 100 - 120 grams of protein a day (roughly). Ofc if you wanna gain weight id say make it like 20-40 grams more :) (im not a professional tho so do make sure im not talking nonsence on google haha)

Hi. Could I ask some advice please? I currently train in martial arts 3 days per week and I'm in my 40s. I went back to the gym 3 months ago after a 18 month hiatus. I'm struggling to get there early morning. Due to my job early morning like 6am would be the best fit. How do you stay motivated to get up early? I'm not a morning person so I 9ften don't get enough sleep. I'm also not sure how I structure gym around Kung Fu so that I'm not burning out quickly. What would advise please?
