TODAY'S RECIPE IS Apple Pancake Recipe | Unique Pan cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
1 apple
1 egg
Milk 3/4 cup
Mix well
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tsp
Mix well
Grease the pan
Cook for 2 -3 mins or until dry
Cook for 30 sec
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

You should SHOW how it turned out on the other side, that's RIGHT.
Ahora receta en Español de filloas o 'friyoas' de manzana:
1er. paso,
*) rallar 1 manzana o hacer 1 puré...
*) agregar 1 huevo y...
*) 3/4 Tz. de leche = 150ml
y mezclar bien.
2do. paso,
*) agregar 1 Tz. de harina de trigo = 125gr.
*) 1 cuchard. de sopa de azúcar
*) 1 cuchrta. de té = 5gr. de: polvo de hornear, "Royal" o semejante.
*) 1/2 cuchrta. de té = 2,5gr., de Bicarbonato de Sodio
*) 1 cuchrda. de sopa de aceite: Oliva, Girasol, Coco o Maní
*) 1 cuchrta. de té de escencia de vainilla, y OPCIONAL de canela en polvo.
Mezclar bien según el video.
Preparación final de las filloas..
Aceite o 'lubrique' la sartén (entre vuelta y vuelta) con el aceite disponíble p con manteca SI preferir.
Para cocinar estas filloas o 'friyoas' en la sartén NO USE gordura animal tipo: suina, bovina u otra... EXCEPTO manteca.
Para 'cocinar' o freír estas filloas u otras comidas semejantes recomiéndase p/'pintar' la sartén:
*) aceites 'EXTRA VIRGEN' de Oliva y/o Coco
*) aceites comunes como: Oliva, Girasol, Coco, Maní, Algodón, Cártamo o Maíz....
según se encuentren en el mercado DISPONÍBLES según SU alcance.
Ahora MI 'anotación' particular al respecto de dicha receta.
Cuanto + amplia sea el área de la filloa (ocupando TODA la sartén), será mejor p/poder rellenarla con lo que se desea.... pudiendo mezclar 'cosas' saladas o 'compuestos' agri dulces tipos como: naranjas, limones, lima, pomelos y otras frutas semejantes en sus DIVERSAS formas o con verduras apropiadas p/tales 'efectos' en el paladar como la zanahoria a título de ej. en 1 INMENSO 'universo' de sabores... q PUEDEN ser experimentados.
