Hi Sanne! I understand cycle syncing as tunning in with your body and getting to know your personal cyclical hormonal patterns, and doing what's best for you, not what somebody tells you you should be doing... Though some things that are pretty general, such as eating healthy fats before menstruation being good... Think it aligns with what you usually stand up for! xx 💕

I really enjoyed this conversation! Talking about health trends I think is very much needed right now. There is so much going on and being pushed on us that I think we need to have some conversation about it. Something I’ve felt has been an issue a long time, though, is how much milk, syrup, Sugars and flavoring we put in our drinks! Some of our café drinks are very high calorie, and I think can take away from our nutritional needs when we fill up on these things. I have returned to just having plain coffee on occasion, but mostly tea without anything in itand I have to say, I very much prefer it now, and noticed a change in my waistline! I have to say, I am so very glad to see a get ready with me video that isn’t Merit sponsored ☺️

I am so glad you mentioned Magnesium! There are many types and Magnesium Glycinate has been literally life-changing for me. I hadn't slept through the night in many years until I started taking it right before bed. Also, if I do wake up in the night the amino acid 5-HTP let's me fall back asleep gently. No morning grogginess with either. 😌💗

I feel you on the cycle syncing- I personally feel really good once I’m on my period and the higher intensity workouts feel so good! The week before is a different story entirely 😅

Like the baby blue trend and other shades of blue. Recently I started to like this color. As for questions I do makeup very rarely and I don't know much about differences between cosmetics or tools. I would like to know with what tools you have the most natural, blended effect? Brushes, sponges or fingers? Maybe it depends on the price? Also, maybe a new video about your favourite makeup tools? If I could use one makeup cosmetic only, it would be blush. I love color and the bright look it gives a face. There are so many pretty shades nowadays, oranges, reds, frosty violets. 🌈 It reminds me of holidays and relaxation.

I agree with listening to your body in terms of exercise, and also being aware of where your bodies at in the hormonal cycle so you can adjust the nutrition accordingly as well, especially if you’re doing any fasting, as we don’t want to deplete our body during menstruation, and may need more healthy fats leading up to it etc…😊❤

Maybelline sky high is an amazing mascara, if you want an “ luxurious” one the charlette tilbury is really good
You mean the blue or pink version? I only associate these two. I heard they're not very good and the color rather unnoticeable.
I can highly recommend you the clarins wonder perfect 4D mascara. It also contains a serum for thicker eyelashes. Best mascara!🫶

I loved this video! Your makeup is beautiful 💖My naturopath put me onto magnesium to help support my sleep. It's one of the vitamins and minerals that I've been adding to my wellness routine since I've been struggling staying asleep thru the night.
Magnesium helps my sleep so much! Pro tip- if you have a magnesium spray, apply it to the bottom of your feet. You will sleep like a baby! 💕

cycle syncing is honestly a chore. I dont want to have a dozen gadgets and apps tracking me all the time, and its a hassle to track it by hand since I have PCOD. I have noticed that regular exercise, good quality rest and good food makes me feel waayy better and actually helps me have a more regular cycle.

Totally agree with your point on the cycle syncing, and there's actually a lot of misinformation surrounding it.
According to "cycle syncing" we should rest, and take it easy during our menstruation phase. However, there's actually tons of research that that explains that this when we are the fastest, strongest, and fittest!! I'm a runner and I've ran some of my fastest races on my period. Stacy Sims has a lot of information on this if anyone is interested!

Regarding the sunscreen, is your bottle new? So many people on Sephora are recently reporting allergic reactions saying they used to love the product but that something changed.
