Nice! I've always wanted to do this but always ended up with drop in 2 x 12 wood boards, much lighter and easily and replaceable. I've used the 2 x 12 system on 6 different flatbeds 3/4 - 1 ton, my own trucks and also at work. One flatbed had drop down sides but they weighed over 100# each and were horrible, yup, cut them off and used drop in 2 x 12s, the crews loved using them.
