- Hello everyone! This week I sang I See The Light from Tangled with @PeterHollens !
What a pretty song man. I remember having a conversation with my friends about what scenes in movies make you believe in love and this was a top contender. Lil’ baby Anna was definitely in her feelings watching this in theaters for the first time.
A HUGE thank you to Peter for singing this with me! I’ve been watching his videos for years now (he’s one huge inspiration as to why I started making covers in the first place) so to have him actually work with me is super duper exciting.

My husband introduced me to Tangled, one of his favorite Disney movies. I chose this song to walk down the aisle to when we got married. I had always imagined walking to "Here Comes the Bride" but when he said yes to my proposal I couldn't imagine any other song.
That you chose a song from one of his favorite movies definitely meant a lot to him and made seeing you walking to him even more magical and unforgettable.

5 years ago I asked a guy I really liked if he wanted to date me, he quietly just took me by the hand and led me to his keyboard. As a response, he played this song for me and it was so romantic. I literally rewatched Tangled yesterday and started crying at this song, Anna are you watching me?!
I saw Tangled for the first time at 6 years old, at daycamp. I found Rapunzel so pretty (guess who’s bi now ;)) but also, I found the story so interesting and the songs so lovely! It was the first time I cared so much about the characters of a story. Rapunzel is still now to this day my favourite princess.

I hear the notes you hit as soft and delicate. While it's not exactly what Rapunzel is known for, I love it- compliments to the singer! I think of Mandy Moore's vocal performance as a sunny, bubbly child. That doesn't mean I think less of you or this cover song. Different interpretations, both just as pretty. Thank you, Anna.
