speed wobble is a problem for all boards. the best fix I found, hard tight bushings on the rear, loosey goosey on the front.
Hell yeah man, I used to skate DH well before electric longboards were a thing.
Another way to go about it is to get a harder durometer of bushings for the rear truck so that way you don't have to squish the down tight

Lee yeah I’m 13 and don’t have an income so I just have to wait till my birthday and/or Christmas to get things. I have a meepo 1.5 which has held up good. Might get a new board next year, depending what new boards come out around then

the one thing I think they neglected to mention is the weight difference between the top two boards. The raptor is 25 pounds and the bamboo gtx is 18. That's honestly a huge difference, almost a third lighter, the evolve

@8:57 The reason why you getting speed wobble is that the bushing that comes with the boards are generally too soft for your weight. You can tighten the trucks for better stability but that wont fix the problem, getting harder bushing will help and having the trucks at different angles can get rid of speed wobble. If someone would of make a board with G-Bomb torsion tail then the speed wobble would be non existing.

its really awesome, rode it in the rain and shine literally. I gone through deepish puddles for the board and never had an issue and had 1300 miles on it

Thank you for these videos. These are affecteed for my decicion what board i wanted. I bought Koowheel 2 gen and been so pleased for that, max speed what i got is 28 mph. Koowheel sould have been in this Drag race!
Meepo V2P has a longboard style as well (came before the short-board)... which I own, and love~ ;)

I think the best, fast and affordable board would have to be the “ meepo v2” for sure
Only thing i dont like about meepo is their batteries do not last at all. Mine took a shit after 3 months. They didn't do anything to help me after i contacted them multiple times.
The Evolve is the best as you can change for ATV wheels also & it has the best range with a flexi deck, also the remote info is the best.
DanieI Joseph agreed, only downfall is the battery sag that happens when you’re under like 50% battery. The new gtr boards don’t have this issue but unfortunately it’s probably the most expensive board out there!
Metroboard FOREVER!!! The dual motor would have easily beaten whatever that other one was.

My only question is....you said the meepo nls pro comes with the 2 remote controllers but I ordered and they told me comes with just one remote.....i told them i saw a couple open box videos and i saw that comes with 2 remote controllers......they just told me sorry for the confusion! .🤔

Meepo confirmed that only one (NR) remote is included. 2 remotes only for reviewers and early buyers I guess.

Dude! I've been riding a wowgo for a while and have a Verreal RS on order. We do about 80-100 miles a week. Let's ride then shoot!
The Metroboard’s have the best / robust build overall. I’d recommend it for transportation purposes. Even the battery case is made of aluminum. The estimated range is underrated I weigh 220 lbs. and got 25 mi. Where it was supposed to get 20 mi. The dual motor will keep up with the Raptor. 👍🏼

I like how you pointed out that the boosted board probably has close to 1000 miles. I’m in the market for an E board and longevity/reliability is more important to me than top speed. Buy once cry once.

I have a Wowgo 3 and a NLS Pro on the way. Wowgo 3 is an awesome board and with discount code at $569 it’s hard to beat that. I got the Meepo NLS while on sale and a discount code on top of that for $629 shipped. The NLS pro actually only comes with the NR remote they told me, kinda bummed about that. But, you really can’t go wrong with either board...definitely the best value for the money spent.
maybe setup a more consistent repeatable test such as put 150lb weights on the board and time how long it takes to go from point A to B. this way we take rider weight and ability out of the variable.
I used my friend and it's super fun but sadly can't afford one :(
You should have included the Meepo V3, it has a higher acceleration and top speed compared to Meepo NLS
The meepo NLS PRO is a monster. Ridden it and love it. I own a v3 and it’s got a little edge on its acceleration.

Eein Fredrickson really? In all tests the v3 has a higher top speed than the v2. I’ve got 29mph out of my v3, and so did John Paul CZcams he got 29.5 mph, and the v2 gets 26/27

Love my mini meepo v2p, super fast and really portable with the handle. Carv labs do a mix of the nls and mini v2p, looks crazy 28mph+

I wanted to see in this comparison ownboard W2 and Backfire G2T but with 80mm wheels.
Was about to get the NLS pro but the wowgo 3x feels better to ride and has more torque especially mid-range torque. I would choose torque over top speed any day and that's why I ordered the wowgo3x instead. Those are all pretty good boards though.

I have coined the phrase. the BOMB STOP. It's a test down a 20 degree Hill. As fast as you can go. Then stop at the stop sign. At the bottom of the hill.my blink S2 cannot pass this test when it's going down the hill gravity will only let it slow down and not stop. 20 degree Hill gravity is a b****. I bet a lot of these boards can't stop. Give it a try.
Curious if you had hers of this, just tried to order a meepo skateboard shipped to Canada, their website states free shipping. However it's been 3 weeks and they are saying they can't ship it without me paying an extra 100 for shipping. They are saying I live in a remote area... I live in the 3rd biggest city in Alberta, it's not a huge city but I have never had this problem. Curious to know if issues like these are common ordering from these Chinese manufacturers?

That depends on bushings and your skill.
Yes the nls pro has a higher top speed but the 5-15 mph range on the wowgo 3 is faster bro and has more torque

if you do get one, get the Meepo V2 or V3, really great performance for a comparitavely low price to other major boards, I got mine not knowing how to ride and now I ride it basically every day
