    HOW TO PREPARE AND CUT BEEF TAPA THE RIGHT WAY
    Tapa, is a Filipino dish made of thinly-sliced beef, chicken, pork, carabao or game meat such as deer and wild boar. The meat is traditionally cured with salt and spices and then dried or smoked as a preservation technique, but in recent years, the process has been streamlined by simply marinating the meat to infuse flavor and forgoing of the drying process.

      Kesa sa tenderloin. Ask ko lng sir kc ngawa rn po ako tapa. Anu po kya ang alternative na pde bukod sa chuck at sirloin at tenderloin na pde gawing tapa pro malambot. Sa part of beef dn po. Slamat po. Iniisip ko po kc t.bone kso may buto sya.eh pang bussiness po sna.

      Isa po sa malambot ang sirloin sir, bale ang t-bone po sa isang side ay sirloin at sa kabilang side tenderloin,
      isa pa sa isang malambot po ay ang ribeye sir
