hindi po.. sa chiller lang.. kung sa freezer po, babaan nyo ung setting ng ref. para hindi po magyelo ung beef para pumasok ung lasa sa karne :) please like and share na din po :)

kung beef tapa po for tapsilog, (may kasamang sinangag at itlog) about 5-6persons po per kilo eh.. so mga 2 and 1/2kilo po.. pero kung tapa lang, mga 3kilos po.. 😉😊

kung overnight lang, pwede na po sa chiller.. kung lalagpas po ng 2days, dapat po deep frozen.. pwede po umabot kahit 1week if deep frozen.. 😉😊

pwede naman po.. adjust na lang sa dami kase iba ang tamis ng brown sugar sa white sugar.. pero I highly suggest po na brown sugar.. iba din po kase ang linamnam pag brown sugar.. 😉😊

kailangan pa din po eh.. kase kapos ang lasa nya pag wala.. pero pwede nyo po muna itry ng wala.. then taste test.. then adjust po kung kulang pa o okay na.. d2 ko po nilagay ung dark brown sugar.. 7:36

mga 2-3 days po sa loob ng ref. pero I suggest na kung balak nyo po sya i-stock, wg nyo po i-reduce masyado ung sauce.. para pag-irreheat na, may sauce p po syang kasama at hindi sya dry.. please like and share na din po :)

Hello po thank you for sharing po, I will try this. Pero pwede po magtanong mga ilang kilo po kaya ng beef ang need ko if I'll cook it for 10 pax? Salamat po
kung beef tapa po for tapsilog, (may kasamang sinangag at itlog) about 5-6persons po per kilo eh.. so mga 2 and 1/2kilo po.. pero kung tapa lang, mga 3kilos po.. 😉😊
