I thought getting affordable housing was to help people to be able to pay their rent but they also raise their rent every year) I live on a limited income I moved to the mainland because of the high cost of living in Hawaii where I came from ) makes no sense if you have section 8 or housing authority to help people out and your rent gets raised) I cannot afford to pay an expensive rent and that is why I was happy to have a rent I am able to pay now I can't understand why every year we have to pay a high rent) I am a good tenant and I take care of my apartment and I get along with my neighbors I don't play loud music or have my tv on loud neither) I wish we had rent control where everybody can afford to pay their rent than to be living homeless)
You mean like the Venezuelan crack head on TikTok bragging about how him and his wife had their daughter here in the US, and brags about how they get free money from us taxpayers because of their daughter, telling everyone in Venezuela to come over here and take over abandoned homes and claim squatters rights...
$700 a month is NOT cheap at all for low income families. NOT cheap at all. So, yeah, if you think that's cheap, then McDonald's burgers are $15 a piece...

Nevada Hand properties do not keep waiting lists instead they expect you to call every day and maybe, maybe you will get lucky. inefficient
