Recessions are an unavoidable part of the economic cycle; all you can do is prepare for them and plan accordingly. I graduated into a slump (2009). My first job after graduating from college was as an aerial acrobat on cruise ships. Today, I work as a VP for a global corporation, own three rental properties, invest in stocks and businesses, run my own company, and have increased my net worth by $500k in the last four years.

Some economists have projected that both the U.k. and parts of Europe could slip into a recession for a portion of 2023. A global recession, defined as a contraction in annual global per capita income, is more rare because China and emerging markets often grow faster than more developed economies. Essentially the world economy is considered to be in recession if economic growth falls behind population growth.

What Britain should have done when we left the EU was to renew our tradition of free-trade with the world instead of becoming a star on the Star Spangled Banner. A free-trading Nation cannot afford to impose sanctions and must remain on friendly terms with trading partners such as Russia, India and China. Had Britain remained neutral, like India in the Ukraine and Gaza wars the British economy would be booming right now. But Britain decided to go down with two sinking ships, the EU and the USA.

Sadly with each passing day we can see the impact this awful policy has had on the UK. Tied up in red tape and tariffs with lower GDP than before the pandemic whilst the others in the G7, including Italy, are above. The lower GDP means we do not have the headroom to pay our way in the world and must resort to borrowing.Whilst there are rich people in the UK; a great many of us are poor and now we are poorer still. What steps can we take to generate more income during quantitative adjustment?

In India, any theft is considered immoral before declaring it illegal considering however poor our population is. But in London, knife crime and petty thefts are common and surprisingly people overlook these kinds of activities in the neighbourhood. According to people justifying these activities, it's part of the recession and People can't afford to have food two times a day and that forces them to steal.

Sunak is not the problem but Elitist Attitude of power holders is.
The main reason behind UK’s recession has been culmination of factors affecting it severely, even before Sunak, which have already been well specified in video, still to name as have already been called out by its own national executives:
    1) UK’s National debt is the precedence earlier govt followed to chose over country by leveraging lower taxes for votes. Resulting into higher inflation.
    2) Less productive workforce
    3) Brexit fallouts
    4) Western Alliance supremacy - which put its Great western interest first than its own national interests which put struggling innocent populace to the margin and decided to sanction Russia and buy Oil at higher prices leading to Energy Crisis driving inflation further higher.
And Now crying after that inflation which was bound to be caused by, it was not sunak nor the first time heading into recession (80s-90s-2008) but it was result of such hypocritical attitude of some people which put their superficial esteem first than its own people.

Thanks for the update Palki on Great Britain . It's disappointing to know GB is the poorest in the EU nations with the highest deficit and plagued with Social problems. There is hope for Britons under Sunak leadership. Keep up the good work.

Why is Palki so obsessed with UK, To be honest UK is much much better in all the ways and there is good employment opportunities and Healthy life FYI air quality in Delhi Hyderabad and other cities in India are more than 200-300 which causes cancer and less life, But in UK the Air quality index is 2-3 even in London which makes people average life 89 minimum instead of 60 unlike India, Please Palki ji be concerned on controlling Bribe, Corruption, Education and Skill development in your country rather than focusing on the other countries in the world 🌍

Same as it ever was, same as it ever was. Years ago (2008)I wanted to find what had happened, so I researched on the US's recessions. Went back as far as 1903. As I rolled through the decades I started to sweat : There was nearly
one recession per decade (!). All my life, I'd been showered by international media that if you want to be rich, the US is
the place. Yes, it is and was true. How ? You start a business and pay people minimum wages, while you get rich. People that I inquired here, they told me "it's always been tough, Nick, in the 60' s and seventies I did two jobs to stay
afloat." So, same as I see around me in 2023. The people of our world produce wealth enough that the rich 1% keeps,
so they sit on mountains of money, while their global banking system reports loss of billions (1997, Singapour, recently somewhere....). Where did the money go? And still, bankruptcies gallore lately. The British are lazy, Greeks
are thieves, the French etc, etc...How harder do people have to work? No the British work, it's their parliament that has
two bars (!) open during sessions. Same as it ever was. Recessions? Thank you global media! Are Germans lazy workers? No, mamufactures slowed because someones sabotaged their gas pipe from Russia. As about colonialism,
no, the poor British were poor in Victoria's time too, read "OliverTwist," folks.Same as it ever was.
