Here’s an introductory Pilates flow for all of you. For those of you that have never done Pilates before, this flow is perfect to get you started. For all of you who practice Pilates, you’ll enjoy the fluidity of the flow. Let’s begin, and do let me know your comments below.

@@priyankalabh7092 I have just control my portions.. like now I used to measure my rice intake with a help of medium size bowl..I will not exceed it... although I can take the other things extra with it ..like more sabzi or more dal❤️
I do Yasmin's workout thrice a week ....nd little bit of strength training (15-20 mins).
Changed few things in my routine... instead of two cups of tea a day..I would take one now!
Creating a gap between my night sleep nd dinner(1.5hrs is a must).
Minimum 3litres of water a day is a must.
That's it..❤️ by making these small changes nd little bit of portion control nd doing her workout...it's just amazing ❤️
@@nidhimishra9393 ohh yaa her workouts are amazing.. i have also controlled my portion, reduced my tea intake to one cup a day, I'm doing everyday exercise+walking but something is not working with me.. that's why i wanted to know. What workout do you follow of Yashmin's..??

Thank you very much ma'am, I had gym injury 5 year's ago and after recovery i dont grip on my hip muscle , shoulder muscles and i try many workout , yoga but i dont feel good sometimes it make arthritis or muscle imbalance but your wonderful pilates exercise make me feels so good and so energetic i coming back to real me thanks ma'am

This seems like a great workout for the entire body. I would love to see the pilates flow for arms workout. Where the arms are sideways and we keep making movements in them without bringing them down to the floor.
I nev imagined the excerse culd be so relaxing nd stretching ma every part wid calm

What I understand is pilates is just a modified version of yoga

I have started with this from today (18.3 2020). I am 36 years old and my bodyweight is 57kgs and I live in Germany.
All I need a good toned body with a little weight loss.I found this session very interesting. I will keep you posted with my progress after a week .
I have a question, do I need to do in repetitions or it's ok if I just follow the video?

is it good for weight loss, or high intensity workout is more better
High intensity workouts burn more calories while Pilates helps to stretch while strengthening your muscles at the same time. You should alternate between high intensity workout and pilates to lose weight more effectively.
