  • Ferris Wheel Press sent me one of their new fountain pen inks to use from their "FerriTales" collection! I have been using these inks for a year now and have really enjoyed them despite my hesitancy at first to shimmer inks. I quickly became an avid user!
This new fountain pen ink is called "Glistening Glass." It seems to be Cinderella themed with its pretty box and name. It is a gray/blue or blue/gray depending on the intensity used with gold shimmer. After using this ink I think it is the perfect Cinderella color! it reminds me of her dress and slippers.
The ink behaves well and flows through my fountain pens well. It dries quickly, even though it is a more watery ink. It is on the lighter side so I will probably use it for more artistic endeavors than everyday writing.
This is another lovely ink to add to my collection!

Appears like Diamine Prussian Blue with shimmer. Perhaps like FWP Stroke of Midnight, adding some gold & silver glitter will get you another Cinderella alternative. Hope FWP is listening.

Their packaging is just so beautiful. The Vodka Rocks was a great choice!❤ I haven’t tried FWP yet but I want the glimmering greige!

Awesome ink Logan!! Reminds me of Diamine Prussian Blue. I just got a few recently. Robert Oster Gold Antiqua, Robert Oster Motor Oil, and Pelikan Edelstein Topaz. The Pelikan topaz is an alternate to Pilot Iroshizuku Kon-Peki and I love it. Motor oil is really interesting and it's a super darkish brown black color of used motor oil. Gold Antiqua reminds me of a burnt gold color that people when they mine for gold they usually put it in a pan and put it over a fire. It has a roasted looking gold color. Very cool.
