Clear Bird Feeder For Window | WHICH IS BEST?

- In this bird feeder for window review, I review 3 clear bird feeders for windows. I already have a bird feeder window box on my study window and it has been attracting birds for weeks now. These are clear bird feeders for small birds, so pigeons will not fit on them. You could place a bowl and make a bird water feeder for window as well.
The two small window bird feeders have differnt suction cups compared to the larger wider bird feeder. The suction cups can be placed on the window and then the bird feeder fitted and then another piece screws onto the suction cup. This then tightens with each turn and also creates more suction making it hold a large amount weight.
The medium bird feeder comes with a removable insert that slides in and out without having to remove the feeder from the window which I thought was quite handy. It also has small holes for drainage so teh food does not stay wet if it rains.
All 3 feeders have their pros and cons and these are covered in the review.

I bought the eWonlife Bird feeder on Amazon for $15. It has six really great suction cups similar to the “Small Feeder” suction cups. It has an upper cover that is adjustable to keep larger birds out. Has four compartments in the seed tray, bird perches, and holes to allow rain to drain. It is very nice feeder.

It is great to hear a noise by the window and then turning your head, there are a few birds about 1-2 m away from you eating. You can see all their markings and it is wonderful. We even had baby Blue tits in them ready to fly not too long ago.

Why is there a big round hole on the back of the bird feeder?
What should i do? My bottom window is covered in a screen? I want to hanf the hooks up high but put the feeder lower so that my cats can see it
What if you hang the hooks high and the suspend the feeder with string or a cable of some sort. This way the hooks will be high up and the feeder can be low - then you can also adjust the cable / string to the height you want.
We bought one with the roof that is v-shaped. Any way to fix it so make it a flat top roof?
I am not sure you can modify it without cutting or damaging the Perspex.
@@thereviewdaduk Okay, I just wanted to make a flat top so we can put bird food on top for the big birds to stand on while they eat bird food. I guess we'll just buy another bird feeder with a flat top.
Where can I buy a plastic bird perch? Our bird feeder is small and big birds can't get to the seeds as we don't have a perch for the big birds to sit on.
How big are these birds?
@@thereviewdaduk I would say they are about six inches high.
How well to they stay on in the winter once temperatures drop?
I remove them during winter as the birds do not feed as much from them. So, I do not want them getting mouldy.
