The first time I ever bought a window bird feeder (on amazon) someone left a review saying to rub the suction cups on the palm of your hands and that would help it stick, it worked. The feeder stayed on for 2 years through rain and snow and only came off because I removed it to clean. I've been using that trick ever since and it always works!
AWEsome Scott! One of my window feeders fell once when we had a high wind and rain storm. The other one to my surprise remained adhered to the window! But you know what? In the morning, I’m using your advice--taking them both down and putting a little olive oil on the suction cups. Thanks! I enjoy watching you!
The olive oil tip is amazing! Works well - thank you!
Thanks for the tips. Where did you get the hummingbird window feeder? I love it. ♡
Thanks Scott!
Hi! Thank you for your Tipps! All the Best for you!👍🏼🍀🕊🐦🐥🐤🐣
Excellent presentation. Thank you. ♥️
Awesome tip with the suction cups; definitely using it👍
Thanks so much for the great tips!!
Never heard of oil! I’ve always used the tiniest bit of saliva. Works like a charm. Thanks for the great content!
Thanks for sharing tips
Awesome info ty
Thanks for sharing.
Gonna give this a try thanks Scott!
Hi! Thank you,for Tip ! Thats good. ❤️👍🏼🍀😉
By from Stuttgart, Germany.
Thanks!!
Amazing👍
Vinegar and water and newspaper works great!
Here is winter but it's good 💡
Wonderful advice, definitely going to try your recommendations.. I'm especially excited to try the hummingbird feeders next spring and summer🌞! I'm not sure how suction hangers could hold up to to cold, bitter winter temperatures here in northern Ontario Canada for seed feeders 😳
We live in New Hampshire (northeastern US) and used a suction cup feeder throughout the winter. I’m curious to see how the cups tolerate a south-facing window on hot, summer days.
❤😍👍👍👍
Does it work in cold winter weather?
Yes
Walmart bathroom suction cups...are fantastic..
Thanks for these tips. It is close to freezing temps here, and I was curious if suction cups will hold in this cold weather. I tried once but my feeder fell, so I will attempt to hang again but using these ideas. Thanks!
How did it work?
can you do the same with a normal bird house? or do u have a video like that?
This is helpful, but more (mourning) dove content please!
thoes feeders are too small for a dove!
Where can you get this type of suction hooks?
I am a beginner CZcams content creator
I has high-functioning autism
I was partly inspired by your videos and other videos like yours
My setup is a free Android phone😂 a dollar store stand( started getting views believe it or not )
And a handmade wooden bird feeder in my window!
Love your channel one day I hope to be doing videos like yours
How about a little silicone?

My feeder sticks, but no birds come :( I do live in the city and it’s not for hummingbird just birds
in case they still haven't come, I found it helped to scatter seed on the ground close by (especially on top of snow); ground-feeding birds found it, and then feeder birds were attracted by the excitement and found my feeder
Now if you can tell me how to keep that squirrel that lives across the street away, I'd love that!
Its not upside down?
Not working. Suction cups dont stay. Even adding a dab of silicone doesnt work UGH
Does not work! suction cups still are useless on our birdfeeder after washing/drying window and putting tiny amount olive oil on the cups.
