That would be a type of sediment. Also, if you mix dirt in water, part of it would settle at the bottom of the container and not dissolve. That's the sediment. 😊

Dont do it with flowers from the market if you are not sure of the origin or the treatment they have. Usually, those flowers contain a lot of chemicals from spraying that are not healthy for your skin. Better from your garten ;).
