Yeah, from which they originated (🌹 😉), before the Victorian and Edwardian eras tried to poison everyone, lol! And we still have toxic lipsticks sold in pharmacies today, but with all the big companies panic-switching to using some natural ingredients, it's just healthier for every individual and the planet to dabble dab a little healing rose on your skin, rosy-moist cheeks and lips without the wasteful part.❤ I started using rose water and petals for staying hydrated and healing naturally. It dawned on me one day, I'd not associated the historical healing use of roses, what healthy skin and all-the-rest means in a multisystemic health way.
So going no-makeup/bare faced feels good, is good and looks good too👍 any makeup you put on can be decorative and medicinal 😊

It's beautiful, right? It's an old Chinese traditional way of making lipstick. They do something similar to color their clothes too. I have always been fascinated with this.
