Bielsa is a hell of a leader. It will be a pleasure to watch Leeds in the PL.
I think they will do GREAT. Bielsa raises up the level of each individual player for one simple reason : THEY BELIEVE IN WHAT HE SAYS. Nobody wants to be left behind. *Effort is just NOT negotiable with Bielsa*

How many diva players would go out and pick up litter in a city after he has told them to show respect to fans who work hard doing low paid jobs to see you play every week?
He did that at Leeds and now he is an Icon of the club and city, he lives in a small flat above a shop in Leeds, I see him in supermarket doing his shopping.
The man has no ego, he's kind, respectful and a mastermind and we don't want divas at our club.

Bielsa is a great coach and a better person. He can do great things in the long term with the right tools. For next season, Leeds need to manage their expectations because the Premier league is a whole different monster. Bielsa needs a humble squad and full control to be successful. If management goes and buys players for the wrong reasons (star power, shirt selling, etc) you'll start to see a dent in their relationship and they will not achieve their goals for next season. I wish them the best!

None have the balls to give it to a guy who tells ALL his players on the first day: "you either commit to my ideas or you are out, what is it gonna be?". Imagine doing that at Barcelona. The divas like Messi, Pique, Suarez, Alba would be out the door. Messi loves his children too much to work under Marcelo. Radz ikes to thrown big names about it's called brand marketing, we don't have deep pockets and we want young players not old ones on the decline that will have no resale value, but Cavani for a season on a free transfer would be great however he's just rumoured to have turned down Benfica for 200k a week and they have Champions League place, hardly likely he'd come here for less - strange world though if he wants a challenge.

Yeah, we are gonna get beaten a few times this season
Yeah, we’ll have a couple of hammerings
But omg we will take some big names down, we’ll make established Premiership millionaire playboys look very average!!!
The high press, the energy levels, the work rate, the togetherness will scare the shit out of many teams.
First game at Anfield, absolutely no pressure for us, take the game to Liverpool and unleash the Macedonian El Loco Alioski!!!
