Bolt was too busy with endorsements, etc. If he hadn't false started at Daegu in 2011, he would have broken his 9.58s world record. He was running so easily, especially the semi-finals where he strolled to 9.85s 😶.

Silence had nothing to do with those Hollywood devils. The Americans were saying the 9.76 he ran in jamaica wasn’t legit because jamaica isn’t first world. So this was about silencing the noise. Additionally it was to the people at the stadium to stay quiet so they could have no more race delays.
