I've watched this race, probably 10 times now and I swear Blake ran probably the most technically perfect race I've seen from start to end. Bolt would've probably lost to him this day but let's also remember, Bolt ran 9.63 a few weeks earlier, having gone through some rounds.

But, what we have here is one athlete performing on the edge of his abilities and the other that is simply on cruise control. We simply have not yet had the priviledge of seeing Usain Bolt at his maximun limit. When that happens my friend, the world will stand still in amazement. At that time, it will change "EVERYTHING"that we have ever believe about the limits of human abilities.
Blake is tied with gay for the third fastest 100m time behind bolts 9.58&9.63. Bolt ran his 19.18 in an +1.7 headwind on a normal day or a legal tailwind that record couldve been 19.01 or sub 19
Bolt still ran faster then Blake in the 100 this year but yes his days as the fastest man are numbered because he's aging as far as Blake breaking his records I doubt but who know's!
