Either this or the 200th episode where Homer becomes sanitation commissioner, floods the town with trash, and everyone moves away to a new Springfield, leaving the Crying Indian and his brother behind. I never believed that the season 11 finale where it's a spoof of "Behind the Music" and "E! True Hollywood Story" could be the finale. A fun, quotable non-canon episode that makes fun of its declining quality, yes, but not the final episode.
There's something about cutting to that Marge icecream while hearing the moon level theme, from Ducktales, that cracks me up for some reason. Everytime!! 🤣
I remember another gentle visitor from the heavens. He came in peace, and then died, only to come back to life. And his name was... sugar., the extraterrestrial. I love that little guy.
