Yess, food became a drug once people startes to use it as one. Majority of the people on Earth now have a horrible relationship with food. It is medicine for the soul, but not the only medicine 💙

Easier said then done unfortunately
In my experience, it took time, patience, accountability, cleaning up my food environment, mindfulness, and sticking mainly to WFPB foods for a while. It definitely isn’t easy, but it truly is possible.
Great Video! Are rice cake, tofu, soja joghurt plantbased food (to the 80%) ordo they count to the other 'pleasur foods'?
rice cakes, tofu, and yoghurt are all processed foods 😘
