    Heard somewhere that when you eat plant based less energy from sun is lost before we consume it... Where as when we eat animals most of the energy is lost when it travels from plants to animals and finally to us

    I love buckwheat. So good for you. Also, I punched in this day of eating into Chronometer and it’s so nutritious!! Very impressive and honest, thank you!

    You know how u use the knife to peg the tangerine stem out. Instead, Use your thumb and push it in the bottom of the fruit and it will crack OpenTable skin and u can just peel. If all that makes sense. So upside down with a knife.

    I live in Ontario,too. I never seen purple potatoe😲. I started following your diet, for dinner with lots of veggies but im having lots of gas and my stomach has bloating issues. What can i do?😥

      Be careful with your food combinations, slow down when you eat, chew thoroughly, and allow your body to adjust to the epic amount of fiber and diversity 😁✌

      I get my natural sodium from whole foods: leafy greens, celery, carrots, sweet potatoes , kelp granules etc.
