Great success story! What jumped out to me was that Ally made the shift to believing her pain was TMS. I'm certain my pain and symptoms are TMS, so I "know" it, BUT, I haven't been able to believe it fully enough yet to see significant improvement. I will continue to do the work needed to recover, until I do recover! Thanks for the all the videos you put out Jim, I really appreciate it!
Great success story! Although this young lady is not a professional athlete I can relate to her story and a lot of my issues I've had to overcome were related to some kind of physical working out! I would really enjoy hearing more success stories of athletes and they don't have to be professional athletes just regular people trying to push the limits! 🏋️🏋️🥋🥋🥊🥊

Thank you sharing your success story Ally, very inspirational and so happy for you! I too have had odd tendon aches all over, in fact I’ve had tendinosis diagnosed on MRIs for hip, glute and elbows. Jim, do you think tendinosis on MRIs can be viewed as normal abnormalities just as herniated discs can be seen that way? Pretty sure my pains are TMS, though I too get caught up in the structural aspect of it. I’ve accepted neural circuit for my chronic dizziness I developed ( working with The Steady Coach) but having a harder time fully accepting neural circuit for my tendon pains for some reason.
