Thanks for posting my story Jim, I hope it helps/inspires others going through CFS x I just want to apologise for that strand of hair over my eye-the whole time watching I was just wishing I would move it!! 😂😂😂
I experienced thia just yesterday. Im recovering from linb covid with this approachc and i did a HUGE day if yard work and speing cleaning on saturday. Sundat i woke witrh a migraine but i knew whatvwas going on so just took some meds and had a lovely day relaxing, doing art, goinf grocery shopping and then gping for coffee with a friend. I still had thr migraine but the meds took the edge off and i just continued on, just a little gentler. Today its much better
thanks this is a very great. sarah's story is very close to my own. grief and stress are the big emotional trigger for me. for me its also nice to have a non-pain story - i know it doesnt really matter what the symptoms are with TMS but it is always reassuring when someone has the same symptoms as you. i have had CFS for four years.
glad it was helpful x yes grief and stress are def my triggers probably on top of an already dysregulated nervous system from anxiety etc hope you recover soon x
Help I drink from morning to night and swallow a load of pain medicating. When I go to bed I swallow a lot of antidepressants which I get not from the doctor but some local person. My worst feeling IS when I wake up and don't want to go through the day again.

I love this interview because she's tried so many things in the mindbody space - coaches and programs - like me! 😂 Great realistic interview.

Hi as I was listening to this interview a van drove past with the logo TMS. 😂. I really resonated with all of this. Thank you xx
What a helpful interview. Thank you both!
Very interesting thank you!
you should include symptoms in the title or thumb nail
That would be good. Adds interest to the title. I think more would click even if it’s not an issue they have. We can still learn from others.
