So I can download this & put it on my server?
hey cool stuff what you build. but how did you solve the problems with the performance? I have the problem that my fps drops below 10 in my mega build
Fuck me this platform has gone down hill
I know this isn't the biggest or the most groundbreaking build in the world but this is spectacularly beautiful and looks like a location out of a fantasy book! Hats off to you!
much appreciated
Everyone chill until that Uruk-hai from Helms Deep shows up at 2:23
Gorgeous build and some CLEAN edits once again, awesome work dude!
Haha Dude I almost did Helms deep edit with that gate! "LEGOLAS SHOOT HIM"
Thanks friend!
Everyone chill until a serpent shows up
yum free meat! cant get me on my walls😂
You got it wrong, when it storms, the waves…
Edit: water damages wood
bruh Serpents dont spawn close to builds...
@@Celticjamzhide stone under the wood. Wood on stone will never decay
@@Celticjamz water only 50% dmg not max dmg
You Sir have masterd both building and video editing. Im learning to edit my buildvids in davinci resolve for 1 month now and i notice every detail in your edits. 10/10
Much appreciated. I saw your Jarl hall video. Cool build, good editing. Keep it up!
@@9byte Thanks man
This is a great build I think that hidden entrance is my favorite part. Really gives the feel like it was the original dock before the rest of the island was settled. It reminds of the secret place from Kingdom Hearts.
Dude that was genius how you used one of those giant rocks to make an actual cave walkway!!
This is amazing. I’m definitely making something like this. Island safety is smart too. Just started playing last week. Love the game
Really nice. Reeeeaaaally nice. Not being a fan of oversized builds, this is an amazing merge between cozy, with some space and a variety of like everything. Chapeau.
Going through your builds for inspiration and the Algo. Criminally undersubbed. Very clean, loving the builds.
Check out the full map him and Dar built, you won't be disappointed folks.
Thank you for checking out the other stuff. Cant wait to release the map. We've even got some fun updates coming this week for it...
I’m so blown away by these vids I’ve been watching of different builds, meanwhile my base looks equivalent to a shoe box haha. Super creative and well built, congrats! 😍
Thank you friend! Goodluck on your builds! :)
These vids always get me back renovating, the details are chef's kiss
This is AWESOME!
Super creative, really cool aesthetic, and functional to boot.
The time lapse editing was really cool, too.
Well done!
much appreciated
this is among the most beautiful places i have ever seen in valheim. well done.
amazing build with well-thought-out design and roof! Love it :D
"I guess you could say I like to build things in Valheim." Now there's an understatement! But I'm with you :D I think the whole building option is THE reason I like Valheim 😅
I really like the completely pointless feature! It's not pointless, it's to keep the drinks in the barrels cool 😆
I really like the details of the roof!
You have again made an awesome build! Thanks for giving us the insights into how you made it!
The building is endless fun I agree.
But yeah the barrels needed to be cooled. For sure! Totally why I did that haha
Thanks again friend!
@ninebyte see, I knew you had your reasons for placing those barrels there!😂
Such a masterpiece, your talent is incredible!
First 10 seconds in and I knew this base would rock!
This is just flat out insane, amazing work, mate!
Thanksss
This was very well put together! Love the build too.
what a beautifully wonderful build it looks so lively and the attention to detail is amazing
Bloody hell! You're good at this mate.
absolutely stunning! Fair play.
Nice build man. So good!!
First video I’ve ever seen of yours! Love it! Tbh, I think the little imperfections give it personality. I dunno, I saw some comments saying how it’s not the best or whatever like you have to put out the perfect island build. I think you did a fabulous job! Gorgeous build!
Thank you so much. 🙏🙏
Bro, this is just beatiful, I want to replay that game.
This one has such a magical vibe to it. Love it!
It felt like a magical adventure when I was floating around it in a boat exploring and also when I was making it, so I tried to put that into the video editing. Thanks Xenn
Amazing building and editing skill
oh this is lovely.. i love all the details.. i wish my brain would work like that lol.. super awsome, that peak on the house bit.. actualy might has solved a problem im having..
Thanks Cherry!😁😁
Really enjoyed this video. Love your editing too.
Thank you friend
Another amazing one! Love the editing style.
I wonder if Jere thought of the ghost mode feature being helpful in editing or not; but this is one awesome implementation of it. Props for doing that. A steal worth idea if i had 2 systems XD lolol
Maybe...👀👀 or maybe not...
Thank u, ur super chill. I appreciate ur creativity and helpful tips. Subbed and definitely liking ur content.
Much appreciated dude
NB you’re such a phenomenal builder. It always inspires me to keep building. Out of curiosity how did you copy and paste those outer wall segments?
Very impressive.
Came here from your Starfield video, loved your single mum build, especially the plants and knick-knacks
Ayee. Thanks for checking out some other stuff. Yeah tbh I think all of the plants were my fav part of the Starfield stuff. Really made the place feel lived in.
The water culvert at the beginning is reminiscent of the water culvert in Helms Deep, very very cool mate
Inspiring, you make me want to pull out that OG minecraft builder in me that seems to have been lost
Wow amazing build.
7:18 It looks so cool though, its one of my favorite parts. And it looks like there was already a bridge there. You could have connected the bay with the water to the gate, under the bridge and it wouldn't be "pointless" anymore. In game, it would be pointless but it could be like a storm surge overflow relief. On a stormy windy day with lots of waves pushing into the bay, could be nice to have the excess water be able to drain out what is the part of the base best protected from the ocean waves.
Very well done. It always amazes me the level of detail you go into - especially with your wall/window designs. Do you have any videos going over how you make some of those styles??
Just build tour videos at the moment.. I'll add it to the list though, thanks!
@@9byte if you have the time I'd love to show you some of my builds and maybe pick your brain on ways I might be able to enhance my builds. No worries either way 🤙
Its beyond my imagination. Very cool
Great build!
inspires me to do something on a island like this!
Awesome ideas here, I've actually started an island base before seeing this so i have a jumping off point to the nearby bonemass and future bases.
There is also a cool plains archipelago between two continents I'm going to claim at some point. Feeling a bit lost with my little island though, it's got one of those black forest towers which I'm trying to work into it but it's very ugly right now, maybe I'll start with the walls and some terraforming like you did.
Niceeee
one of the best builds I've seen
much appreciated
Phenomenal NB!
İ saw that you did these beautiful design house and island. And i questioned myself: i and you! We play same game!! İmpossible! I am totally intalented!!! Nice job bro really nice job!!!
nice build man 👍
👍👍
Very nice design.
If I remember correctly, there is a mod called 'Wind at Your Back' that makes it so the wind is always behind your sails. This would make it a lot easier to do boat tours of your builds in the future. xD
Thanks for the tip!
beautiful work
As an Xbox user, I'm very jealous of your 'copy/paste' function 🥺
Awesome build as always.
So practikal! So beautyfull!
the interior is really nice
awesome build
Gorgeous!
You have fantastic creativity.
Thank you
Dark forest islands are pretty and usually have beautiful sights. But i cannot refuse a good plain island if i find one, anything from the soothing music to the farming opportunities and once they are cleared of any potential spawn point they usually become the best places to build.
My most recent save has one which is close to a 30+ crypt swamp so you can imagine the insane value it has.
how do you actually stop spawn points? do wards actually work?
@@forcedge2302 Plain old campfires, in fact even non lit campfires will prevent spawn in a radius since they are classified as player builing. And as a bonus they are the only player buildings that don't get attacked by the already spawned mobs so that's a bonus.
13:45 Just wow ❤
I don't even want to know how much time you spent making this video. Kudos to you.
Much appreciated
Island builds are incredibly safe. I found an island far out at sea between two contenents that was hill. I flattened the hill to about the height of a ships mast the steepened the sides of the hill. Cut a stairway to the water and built a dock. With the stone I collected from flattening thr hilltop I built a stone wall a paved the top. Bult portals and brought in the mats I needed to tricked out the rest of the base with stations, storage etc. Metal was hauled in of course.
Was fast to build. Never been attacked and is now my main base from which I explore to set up portal stations all over the map.
As much as I love torches .. this much must be hassle to keep ignited
But the island looks absolutely awesome.
I love the way you edited the build process, how'd you do that?
incredible !

Spongebob: “Keep going, keeping going, you’re good, you’re good… annnnd, stop!
Don’t worry captain, we’ll buff out those scratches :) “
Nice build.
One Q I have with all the fantastic builds I see: what do you do about the weather deterioration of the wood? I can’t imagine trying to keep up repairing everything.
I was wondering the same! Need full castle staff to maintain lol
This is such a great video. How did you do the build timelapse? Is it a special mod that shows how the build pieces were put, or did you take a screenshot after every placement?
Amazing
awesome video
Nice base. To make it even safer though, built it in Meadows waters instead of Black forest waters as trolls will be able to spawn somewhat close by, will walk in water to a certain height and does have the ability to throw big rocks
Question, how did you make that tunnel so natural? Do you get tools later that allow you to create more natural stuff like putting on giant rocks and leaves anywhere you like?
This makes me feel like Valheim is much better being an MMORPG than a survival game based from Norse mythology
Maybe put a bon fire up on top of the tower for a light house effect. I have one on top of one of my towers and with high view distance it can be seen from quite a ways off.
When the game first released I made my first "base" unknowingly close to the Black Forest and was promptly gangbanged by trolls on the first night. I started doing island bases immediately after. It's the best way to build. I like building with the land though, I prefer to terraform as little as possible.
I don't understand how you get timelapse shots like that.
nah this is crazy
i have ideas but dont execute this guy has both and sheer willpower bro is the epitome of W
🙏🙏
WOW!
Very nice concept and execution... very inspiring, but also kind of depressing when I compare to my builds...
Turns out I don't have a single artistic bone in my body, and all my builds are square boxes with function and no flare...
Hat's off to you!
Thank you and I wish you luck in your future builds!
impressive
Did perfomance update help with bigger builds? Does this size build slow down the perf yet? Really good looking stuff and those small details everywhere are just cherry on the top!
Learned a lot watching this. Now I am still framing it and trying to duolicate it....give me a year.
I did something like this before I had a massive main base on the mainland and had a vault island castle for my metal
Very cool! So inspiring!
But I need to ask one question: How did you create that cavern/tunnel at 9:30?
What program was used to record the timelapse? I also want to shoot my building like that, but I don’t know what is needed for this.
New suscriber. ❤
tout simplement magnifique
merci
Better than anything on HGTV
awesome
6 months late, but well.. i just wanted to say that this is so damn cool. You really know how to build, and i mean it. All i want ask is.. how long did it take to build this?😺
I can totally see this Fortress in some other RPG. Love the pointless details.
How are you able to construct those Dvergr Chain cranes and those Barrels? is it a mod? or do you spawn then in with Devcommands and pray that they snap into place? If you did it by devcommands how are you able to guarantee that it goes where you want it?
It would be great if you could also add an underground tunnel to safely access the shore
How do you get the "dvergrtown_wood_crane" to spawn in a specific spot? Whenever I try, it seems to be positioned randomly/i can't get it exactly where I need it. Any tips? Thanks!
1 tip tho, build the walls last! That way you can avoid any bs like the roof and chimney sticking out
As a Turk, I can confirm that this is how we imagine Norwegian life
Bruh this is so dope, i barely started to play this game and seeing your build makes my build feel like some Neanderthal shit lol
Haven't played in a while, how do you keep the boats from drifting off or crashing into your build until they break? I made a nice covered boat dock a couple years ago but my boats would damage themselves until they broke.
What mods did you use? I'm just starting out with building in Valheim, so I'm really curious which ones you used 🤔😉 the build looks beautiful! Souch detail and creativity 🥰👍
how did you film these things being built while panning the camera?
i have 1000 hours and have never built anything this dope
