I think the main concern with Iron Crown is that it gets completely walled by Incineroar, which I would expect to be common
metagross still saw success in SwSh
Oh of course, not saying that it will be bad, but it is something to take note of. I actually think Metagross could an interesting pick right now with Bullet Punch to counter Flutter Mane.
this is why i run focus blast, it desperately needs the "fuck you incineroar" button lol
i find it to be very effective into 70% of matchups
I’m not an expert by any means but I personally would rather run water Tera Tera Blast or just not bring it at all into an Incin/Chi-Yu matchup. Have to be very cautious with positioning.
I run Tera Water Tera Blast on mine as a way to deal with it. You really get hard walled by Incin without it, so i feel like its mandatory. Plus getting rid of a fire weakness (which tera grass doesnt do) is always welcome

Unless something changed from swsh expanding force is actually stronger than you said. If terrain is up it automatically goes to 120 and and becomes a spread move and it THEN gains the 1.3x buff for being a psychic move being used in terrain similiar to wood hammer putting it to 156bp then stab on top of that

If you're interested in feedback, I watch a fair amount of your build videos, and each time I'm confused as to the item. For whatever reason, I can't get it into my mind that the item is all the way on the top left of the screen, separated from all of the other build elements. Even when it's of the size it's supposed to be (it got really small at 8:56), I didn't think to even look at the top left of the screen. In my opinion, all of the build elements should be within close proximity of each other so that you don't have to look far or think to look anywhere else for all of the information. I know that the screen isn't all that big and you don't actually have to look "far" to find the item, but it feels like it makes more design sense to keep the item either by the nature and ability or the IV spread.

Do you think that when you do thos analysis you are able to show the stats the pokemon will have in game like the total after the ivs and evs on the sets, that would be helpfull for pleny of peeps

I basically run the first move set, but with different EVs, along with Tera Fighting Tera Blast to help deal with Dark Types.
Edit: okay, EVs aren’t that different, just not the 4 4 split for the Ruination calcs.

20/0- is a strange IV, what breakpoint are you going for there that makes the customary zero not an option, or did you simply not want to optimise such a small problem?
In one of his other videos talking about Raging Bolt, it's mentioned that the lowest an IV for these paradox pokemon can be is 20. You cannot have less than 20 in any of your IVs,
Which might be an interesting way to catch people who genned a 0IV attack paradox pokemon.
i am running the same set and recently fresh star mochi reset to run the terra grass build but when i booster energy it keeps boosting sp.atk instead of speed when using the correct ev spread

Iron boulder has 7 weaknesses and mighty cleave doesn’t crit so intim spam from incin everywhere neuters it. Iron crown has been all over the top 50 showdown ladder despite incin usage and boulder is no where to be seen

Yeah, with Incineroar being back, I feel Boulder is gonna have to run Clear Amulet over a better item like Choice Band or Booster Energy, otherwise it’ll hit like a wet noodle in the face of the thing it should beat.
Boulder is bad bro. Being weak to the entire Reg E meta means it’ll always be a Tera sink, and it doesn’t come with the utility that other Tera sinks have like Arcanine having Intimidate, Tera normal E Speed or Tera fairy blast.
Being weak to intimidate and not hitting through sash certainly doesn’t help its MU into Pokémon like Chien Pao.

Of course it has the Incineroar Weakness but because Incineroar can't win games on his own and if you build your team accordingly you can deal with Incineroar
I was more worried about Chi-yu but I think if you can deal with those two it can be amazing
I ended up trying a focus blast set with special attack booster and Tera psychic. Adding lando I and water Oger is more than enough to deal with incin. Spa booster + hh kills always incin with focus blast
As long you’re not forced to use the move multiple times is it just enough to overcome harder matchups like incin, gambit and chi yu
