Great to hear Mike and Bill delivering the Headhunters’ funk grooves. What a treat that is.
Sensitively done, the other band members pay dutiful homage while still retaining their own voices, imho. Worthy of using the Headhunters name. 🎉
Thanks for sharing ❤
Nous y étions...magnifique concert !!!
Waouh ! The avant & final duet drums percussion
I was there! great show
thanks for uploading.
I'll be so glas to hear Wayne Shorter (on the live in Japan with Marcus and Wha-wha Watson) with Herbie
Wow this is unexpected! Thank you so much!
Hide your heads, because The Headhunters don't take prisoners!!
The man on keyboard have something of Hancock and Preston
there is a lot of Headhunters (with Hancock) and (Paul Jackson & Mike Clark : The funk stop hère)
Mike is one of the best funk-jazz drummer (RIP John Marshall and long life to Lenny White)
They praticly made M'base on improvisation
The saxophonist alto try to fond a game between : Kenny Garett and Bennie Maupin
Chameleon in 6/8 : what a standard : 2 Chords m/M(in diat)
It's réal Wayne Shorter ; maybe ; wasen't THE copositor of Weather Report but his compositions was more technicals and beautys
Mike clark play like always vert subil (John Marshall or Harvey Mason) ; the bass player is to mush "slap" ; i prefer Paul Jackson
