    Another very informative video. I’m from North Jersey. That comment on the 10 year foundation warranty is really important. I was not familiar with with “post tension” slab construction when I moved here - 30 minutes north of Dallas. “Water your foundation”, I had no clue! There are over 1,000 homes constructed in my subdivision so far. I’m aware of approximately 10 homes that have had foundation remediation so far! I have a friend who is a very experienced structural engineer. She expressed the opinion that a 1% failure rate is acceptable! Every home owner I have spoken to regarding their foundation remediation has been very satisfied with the builders support in repairing their home. As I write this, it’s 15°F and dropping, so I’m “dripping my faucets”! - Something else I had never heard of!! Eight years to go on my foundation warranty. All things considered, no regrets, Love living in Texas because it’s TEXAS đŸ€
