Building new construction homes involves a systematic process:
Planning and Design: Architects and builders create blueprints and plans for the home.
Permitting: Necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
Clearing and Excavation: The building site is prepared.
Foundation: Footings and foundation walls are constructed.
Framing: The home's structural frame is built.
Roofing: The roof is installed.
Utilities: Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems are installed.
Insulation: The home is insulated for energy efficiency.
Drywall: Interior walls are completed.
Finishing: Flooring, fixtures, and cabinetry are installed.
Exterior: Siding, landscaping, and driveways are completed.
Inspection: Quality checks and inspections are conducted.
Closing: The home is handed over to the buyer.
Warranty: Builders often offer a warranty for the new home.
Inspiring! I have an architect drawing up a 12 unit plan (3 4plexes). This is my first jab into building a real estate portfolio as I’ve watched a lot of your tiktok videos. Hard work pays off and I hope to one day bring these plans to life on my property.
Thank you!!! My brother and I have been inspired by you. Best regards from West Virginia!
Love your energy! Love your videos! Love the hustle!🎉🎉🎉
Thank you
👊🏼
Thank you Thach! Looking to build new construction homes here in SWFL 👍🏼
Great free information as always thank you!
This was super helpful! Thank you! We have a small old house on a big lot in Lynnwood, WA and have been thinking where to start.
Very well explained. Thank you for sharing uour knowledge.
Thanks to this video I’m backing out from buying a lot I wanted to build a 4plex
Why you backing out?
@@ThachNguyen I don’t think I have plenty of capital to do the project.
Great info thank you so much Thach
Glad you like it
Very informative. Thanks for sharing. Looking forward to the course. Will be helpful for my sfh, adu, dadu project in north seattle.
Do you have a detailed video on site prep? Working on my first small development for 10 duplexes
Hey Thach, do you ever purchase duplexes with tenants already in them or do you prefer them empty?
I done both. When I buy single family or multi family I like buying value add and if rent is low and place need renovations I will give tenants notice or when their lease is up then I will have them leave them remodel it
Thach, I love your videos. They’re tremendously helpful. I’ll be graduating college soon and I’m super set on investing in real estate. If you have a chance, I’d love to hear you opinions on buying foreclosure properties. Thanks and keep it up 💪🏽
Thaaach 😃
😀
I will forever be indebted to you you've changed my whole life continue to preach about your name for the world to hear you've saved me from a huge financial debt with just little investment, thanks so much Samantha Kaindi.
Interesting stuff big up respect for you bro got a coffee shop around the airport swing by
What’s the name and which airport?
@@ThachNguyen Seatac Airport, It’s called Kappa Espresso! We import and roast, and serve Ethiopian Coffee. Please swing by coffee on us !
I have a quick question: When you do new construction, do you just use decode standard, or do you include some of the passive house principals with the coded standard?
So even if you end up selling the property the new owner of the 5 Plex will have to pay you for being on your land?
How much do multi family zoning cost and how long is the process
Love your video's! I have a property in South Park that I'm looking to put up 6-8 Units.
i drive by that location all the time im pretty sure thats by that church on king street. such a small world
Thach, what's the sq footage of your 3 bedrooms for these row houses?
They about 1500 sqft
All roads leads to courses
Good luck trying to do any of this yourself without some sort of guidance. Doing this without experience on your own, will cost you waaaaay more than a coach/mentor or any kind of guidance will.
@@stsk69I gave free game the whole video. Just sharing one day we will have something for the people who want to more hand holding on doing new construction. I agree if you don’t know you better find someone that does to help you. The cost of doing new construction when you fail it’s more then 10x any mentorship
I want to do this too but how does the construction loan work To fund these deals?
Do you have any real estate investment courses? Online or in-person. Thank you for all the great content!
I wanna know if he’s ever priced his building value assuming that all his units are rented. Say only half are actually rented. They’re saying in New York that’s illegal to do 8:36
I want to tear down my duplex and put a 4 out 5 Plex
Front of the property is sprayed with "THIS IS BETTER RIGHT!?" - lol.. someone is pisssssed
Thach let add you to my buyerlist ,are you still working with Casey ….
unless you built it and you know everything every nut screw
my daddyhome built in 1929 its ugly its boring but fyi ten years twenty years onethousand years it will stand .. but sadly new development one small earthquake it will fall will you inside they done use good materials they charge you five times more lol they want you to die in it dont move into anything built 1990 to currenttimes dont dont dont
"What about framing?" "Well you wanna look for a good quality framer...." DUH! but how? This video was so general it wasn't helpful at all. BTW- It all starts with money. If you aint got money, you ain't got land, or ability to build. You need $$ or access to a network of $$.
