Great video, very informative.
I think this is really expensive great breakdown but large scale based off someone who wants to build a small single family house the costs will be significantly lower I am building a 3/2 in Jacksonville,Fl for $120k with a existing floor plan my GC already builds so that will save on costs big time! If you have to piece it all out yes very expensive work with experienced person for your first build and save money where you can but it’s going to cost me about $30k to get started not including the cost of the land. So roughly $55k to do this build between paying my GC and land cost and loan origination.
Can you do more videos specifically about each phase of the beginning of your real estate journey ? If possible.

Are you holding this? Does it really cost that much for only 8 units? This has to be flipped, right? Why is it so expensive versus just a few short years ago?. So many questions
banks don't give new construction loans for investment propertys

The best way to invest is buy the most a decent property in best location possible with a good amount of land. Maybe 30 minutes away from city.
