We are Latin, I add some green pepper and onion to the sausage , also try a little cream cheese just before sausage finished. It gives that slight creamy texture to offset when the biscuits are dry.
This is one of our favorites! Instead of brushing with butter I mix together 4Tbs(1/4 cup) butter 1 Tbsp brown sugar 1 1/2 Tsp of Worcestershire sauce 1 1/2 Tsp brown Dijon mustard Microwave until butter is melted, usually less than a minute. Stir and pour over top of breakfast bites before putting them in the oven to bake👍

I flattened the biscuits as thin as I could and big as I could and put cook sliced scrapple any square made egg 🥚🥚 oh my goodneness you idea did really help me
