Hey Adam. I have a question for ya. I have this charger and I have been trying to figure what the dc input plug actually does. From my understanding, is this a where a power supply can be plugged into the charger and provide direct voltage to the charger rather than the AC plug? Or is this a port to provide direct voltage out of the charger to a device? The only reason that I am doing this is because I have a soldering iron that must run off an actual power supply. I figured I could buy one that could also act as a supply for my charger. But I am having a hard time determining if I can do this. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Really like this charger. I've also had the issue where one side reads higher internal resistance than the other, any reason why this is? Also I see the PC link port what is this used for I can't seem to find any info on this?
Sounds like a great charger. I have a question about futaba. Are they phasing out there 7px. I noticed the fasst receiver R614FS for it is discontinued. And a lot of stores have everything back ordered. I just thought you might have some info sense they are a sponsor. Thanks Adam love your videos.

It's nice but the IR readings read different per side, right side reading higher. Plus the charger errors out when a lipo is at 3.5v per cell. It says low voltage alarm. Give it a minute and then it works. I do like it but my old school icharger was way better for the price

I plugged in my protek heater and burned a whole through the side. Pro tip, go into the settings and turn down the DC output voltage from 14v to 12v.

7pxr replaced it, kinda like how the 4pm replaced the 4pv
The 7PXR is the current high end radio from Futaba and has replaced the 7PX.

Are the charging ports on this charger banana plugs or 4mm bullets?
Bullets go into the charger for the different charge leads.
