you need to be 18 to get a street legal 250 in finland so if the the bike was licensed he was atleast 18 but since the cops went right after him it makes me think that the bike might have not had license plate on it or something and if it is just a random dirt bike some kid decided to take on the road it very well could be some 16yo kid
took a look at the clip again and it is just a dirt bike, id say it is very like that its some kid that just decided to take their dirt bike on the road

I live in so. Utah in a dirt bike friendly city. If your wearing a helmet and not being stupid the cops leave you alone. I think they realize that chasing kids is far more dangerous than letting them ride.
