Back in the 70s I played at this house I was friends with the son that lived there. It was an amazing home as you can imagine . So many memories there. Sad it's like that now. In the 70s it was owned by the Rutherfords.

I don't believe so! was a foreign owner that loved partying from what I was told, they traveled a lot and became unlivable/unsafe after the earthquakes. Apparently a long insurance battle has been going on ever since..
