Nice job man. Great video. I do have a few tips for you. I don’t stub out my tub spout I typically use a drop ear. I then either solder a copper stub out to a male adapter and thread it in later. This also allows you to slip the plumbing side panel in easier without fighting the copper stubout. Also, I set up my inexpensive laser that gives a plumb and level line inside the tub and set the line centered on the drop ear. Dry fit the panel and the laser will be spot on. Make a mark. Remove the panel, move the laser up to the mixing valve, do it again. It seems like a lot but I promise it takes 5 mins and takes away the anxiety of making those two cuts haha

The gap is a huge pain in the butt if things are completely plumb or level. I had to beat one of them into place but it eventually came tight… hopefully the video helped out! Definitely not something I want to have to do again in the near future 😅
What kind of tape is that?where did u purchase if from?
Did you use an adhesive to secure this tub to the floor? Or did you just screw it into the studs?
Hey! I just had to make sure the tub insert was level on the floor and then you run screws through the flange and secure it to the studs. No need for adhesive on the floor for this!

Running, maintaining, and keeping up with all the changes takes more time than I originally thought it would.
Do you have a date in mind when you will be finished with your house project?
Oh nice! That sounds like quite the undertaking 😅 Are you using a website builder to help out with it or doing it all yourself? I’m hoping to have it 95% of the way done by the end of the month. It’s been consuming all my nights and weekends but the end is definitely close. Once I finish, I can dedicate more time to getting the videos out on CZcams!
